I believe 98 said it the springs in the 308 version are heavier I will ask Jay about it....

seriously, is there really a issue with recoil in a 308? I have a adjustable carbine stock on mine and even with 168's and 175's recoil is almost nothing.... just saying buy all the stuff let us know.... :) just trying to help out a brother... <thumbsup>

Ok just so I was not talking out of my A$$ I just pulled my buffer it weighs 5 0z it is a solid buffer,,,, I have shot both supressed and unsurpressed 147, 187, and 220 and have never had a issue of any kind.... so I am thinking 5 oz is not a H3 so if I said the wrong thinmg my bad but I am still learning too.... my barrel is a 10 1/2 pistol lenght gas tube now one thing I know will help if you are short on gas is a pigtail gastube it has extra lenght and will capture more gas as i understand it ... maybe?

Hey the guy completed Ranger school, he had the Tab... just never was assigned a unit so are we slitting hairs here and he did corect the mistake within a short period which to me says he knows what is right and wrong I would cut him a little slack not much but little.....

you will love both but when you get them you will then want your rifle to have a better trigger hurry up and get in on the Elftman trigger group buy...... then the cosmos will all be in order...... :)

Yeah Nightforce is here but he sells ..Kahlis and acogs and smit and bender I think I know i can not afford any but I love them all... lol
