well all I can tell you now is that trusts are taking 1 year to process mine was mailed in oct.2013 and went pending in dec.2013 I called to check status and was told it will be approved in dec 2014... my question to the world is what difference does it make when they have it no matter if it is efile or paper what can they possibly do with mine for ten months? oh well I just read the ATF's e filing page they are not excepting any more form 3's of 4's right now they got overwhelmed I guess.... what a headache...

Ok I am confused how does the BATFE get a copy of your trust when you efile? because you are required to send a copy with each and every form 4 or form 1 however you did it congrats .... mine will be right at 1 year so I don't understand how a efile can be any faster if you have any more info please let me know I have 3 more to send in.... :) P.s. yep if your dealer has the can in stock you can send in right away if he has to order it he has to do a form 3 I think it is to transfere it from where it is to him so that is probably the hold up on your other two.....

Sorry I don't get it we battle ourselves for not staying viligant on this stuff I have no problem with them regulating machine guns and destructive devices and explosives , I do have a problem with them taking a year to allow a law abiding citizen to have hearing protection and that at the very best is all a supressor is it is not silent! it does not make a gun more dangerous! it does not make anyone who uses them more likley to break a law it is only a helping hand for hearing lose a supressor with regular hearing protection is a great way to save your hearing ,I wish I had gotten onboard 40 years ago. so what is the problem? a antiquated system of doing things ,that is the problem and that is all I am saying is their way is 50 years behind the times.... why do you think we e,file our tax returns and get money back instantly???????/ because that system works.... if you posess a CCW permit it takes about 5 min to check you out and if you are a law abiding person with one you should be able to buy the item and pay the tax at the same time done! Ok i can give them a 21 day waiting period no problem still done for law abiding people with no record or no red flags.....!

if you want a big slow moving bullet with a rainbow trajectory just go on and built a 45110 AR that ought to do it..... you do not need a magnum anything to kill every species on this continent I know I have done almost that except for a brown bear and a muskox which I do not care about with a 308 or a 270 Jack oconnor did it as well all these magnums are just well gimicky unless you are talking 7mm STW or 338-378 but then you would need a custom lower and upper and the thing would weigh a ton....my 2 cents
