  1. I am sure this topic has been covered else where, but I looked and, couldn’t find it.I have always been a traditionalist, using whet, oil, or more recently, diamond stones to put an edge on my kitchen and outdoor cutlery. On a friends recommendation, I picked up one of these; https://www.amazon.com/Work-Sharp-Knife-Tool-Sharpener/dp/B003IT5F14/ref=sr_1_10?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1535228246&sr=1-10&keywords=Knife+sharpeners And I got to admit I am impressed. Very sharp edges on all sorts of cutlery. Anyone else have any personal favorites?
  2. Go to theCamp Perry rifle matches and stay there on the way back.
  3. This thread should be renamed “ Eat the canned Phoenix” because it keeps coming back to life out of the ashes.
  4. Well said!
  5. But does it trap the heat?
  6. You will enjoy this.
  7. Believe it. When I was single I always gravitated towards “man eaters”. Got me in a bunch of trouble after all the fun and games. Finally learned my lesson.
  8. Somebody needs to teach that kid that at his age prioriies should be ultra hot vixens, and not some shoot em up video game. He could get himself a 308 AR AND still pair up with her. Who knows, maybe she enjoys shooting?
  9. I would forecast premature ejaculation.
  10. Amazing how the presence of a woodie can totally mask batshit crazy. I mean it is the ultimate stealth! No clue! Then all of a sudden the craziness appears after your needs are taken care of. “Where TF did all this come from?” It was there all along just masked by the Woodmeister.
  11. All those rationalizations sound good until the hormones kick in. Then it’s like; “WTF have I done!?”?
  12. Been reading about that south Wisconsin flooding. We are dryer than a bone right now.
  13. Pretty accurate. But I do remember one night in the “no go zone” and to this day I wonder where that batschit crazy plain woman learned everything she did.
  14. If any of you don’t recognize these three, I probably have stuff in my refrigerator older than you.
  15. You can leave, all offended and butthurt - or you can stay, and possibly learn more. Once you decide that you know everything, and stop learning, and you refuse to grow. That's when you get surpassed, by everyone else that's still willing to learn. Everyone, all the time, every single day - needs to learn something new... Those are really good words to live by. But I am still not going to learn to eat a whole canned chicken. ?
  16. I have been looking at these for a while now. http://woodforar.com/walnut-rifle-grade-a/
  17. Distant EarlyWarning System. DEWS. Those monster radars in Alska and Greenland to pick up ICBM launches.
  18. Didn’t last long, but I do like wood furniture on an AR. Maybe someday.
  19. I will do that. He is up in Santa Rosa right now.
  20. Sorry I asked him a question. Robot post maybe? A smart A-s robot??
  21. Yep. We are working to change that though.
  22. Looks nice but should probably be under the manufacturers threads. What are the details of the build?
