I am sure this topic has been covered else where, but I looked and,couldn’t find it.I have always been a traditionalist, using whet, oil, or more recently, diamond stones to put an edge on my kitchen and outdoor cutlery. On a friends recommendation, I picked up one of these;

And I got to admit I am impressed. Very sharp edges on all sorts of cutlery. Anyone else have any personal favorites?
