I see a little brass dust on the bolt face and in the locking lugs so it has been shot a little bit, but doesn’t look abused. 10-4 on the charging handle.The bipod is pretty easy I put one on mine. I have two Armalite 10’s, one a “T” carbine, and the other the standard rifle. Love them both. With that Trijicon optic, you can dial long distance. You feed it FGMM 175’s or 168 grain Boat Tail hollow points or equivalents and you should get outstanding accuracy.

Don’t think you will be sorry. That hand guard by the way is free floating and standard on the AR10T.

you can call Armalite customer service and they should have that information based on the serial #. When Armalite got sold to Surgeon rifles, Surgeon unloaded a bunch of AR10 “B” model rifles including AR10T’s through CDNN at hugely discounted prices. If they just slapped barrels and receivers and uppers together, that might have caused some issues. Shortly thereafter they discontinued the AR10T, so makes me wonder. Mine will shoot MOA if I do my part.

I can understand why. That is the worst write up I have ever seen on an AR10T. I can only speculate that they might have gone through a rough patch. I would suggest PMing mrraley and ask him if he has any knowledge of issues with the 10T. He is THE MAN when it comes to Genseo, Ill produced Armalites. Those are the magazines you need by the way, and if you have extra, I will buy a few. At that price it is worth the gamble.You could always rebarrel in 260 Remington.

Is it A “B” model? If so, you may have difficulty finding magazines, though Armalite has them sporadically. I have an AR10T 16” SS heavy barrel and like it a lot. The 20” will be nose heavy, but pretty damn accurate. The “T” was the model below their “Super SASS” which Rsquare has I believe. That price was about what the gun went for new without the scope and mount. Maybe even a bit less. Considering the market, you will be getting a high performing rifle for-that money. But a “B” model will be discounted a bit as you are locked in to using the Armalite Gen 2 mags. Which are excellent. The barrel is triple lapped and it has the Armalite National Match trigger.

When I buy a rifle I generally immediately buy 10 magazines that fit it, as a rule of thumb.

Your choice. But a few of the forum members have done a lot of work on researching solving PA10 problems. If you have issues, I am betting you can find the solution in this forum’s archives. If it turns out to be a previosly unrecognized issue, solving it will add to the data base on fixing them.

She is one of the smaller ones of the litter. Her Mom is 110 and her father 125. We have a 125 male two doors down. Have to get a thermal imager or a NV scope. They only show up down here at night. Think they are looking for fox dens to raid.
