  1. Mraley? Those were for Armalite AR10’s. I got two.
  2. Thanks Rene, an outstanding article. My wife has Oklahoma Cherokee blood in her heritage, so she found Commander Evans story interesting as well.
  3. Yep
  4. I picked up one of these for a good price and like it. https://www.beretta.com/en-us/u22-neos-/
  5. 4 extra inches of stainless bull barrel and aluminum forend adds up. Plus your scope is three times bigger then my 1x6. Actually down sized my scope for that reason. I also went with the lightest scope mount I could. I went with the Luth MBA 1 stock for the same reason.
  6. AR10T carbine 11.1 pounds with the Primary Arms 1-6x Scope unloaded. AR10 Rifle 10.9 pounds with Nikon 4-16 Monarch scope unloaded.
  7. So whobhas tried "Shaolin Finger Jab" beer? It isn't bad by the way.
  8. I have been using this stuff as a homey, since it is made in Superior Wisconsin, may have to give JB80 a try and see which I like most.
  9. Congrats Black Sheep. Now you can have years of enjoyment out of it.
  10. One of those accidents happened to a Navy Seal and ended up with them adopting the Sig P226 in the Beretta’s place.
  11. Your A10 T is around the vintage of my Standard AR10. They were well made back then.
  12. Yes they do. I am rationing them like gold at the range.
  13. Some target pictures in that thread as well
  14. I scored 1,000 Hornady 75gr HPBT’s two years ago. That is all I feed my Colt HBAR now.
  15. Looked up an old thread:
  16. I would say very similar. I switched scopes on it a while back to a Primary Arms 1-6 which doesn’t have the best reticle for target shooting, but has other advantages, as far as BDC, target acquisition, and field use. But with my previous Burris 3x9 it was printing tight groups at 100 and 200 yards. It is more accurate then I am.
  17. Do I tell you now I paid $1299 for my 16” AR10 T in 2015? Of course I didn’t get that MFer of a scope like you did.
  18. Sisco

    To guys in WI

    I will remember this. Thanks.
  19. Happens too damn much everywhere. A lot of child protection workers seems to be hell bent to justify the necessity of their job and anything that remotely supports it. Sad for whatever good they do they pull stuff like this. Needs a major reworking.
  20. Like Rex said, always call Armalite. They have a way of getting things done.
  21. Welcome from Wisconsin
  22. Thank God and especially for the kids! My parents did it for a sibling of mine sons and they have both turned out great. Can’t say enough good things about what you are doing.
  23. If you do, I would be interested in purchasing your old stock. I want to restore mine to original.
  24. To this day, I don’t know why they discontinued that rifle. It had a 1 MOA guarantee from Armalite. How many off the shelf AR’s can say that?
  25. To be honest I will have to check tomorrow. It has bern 8 years since I put mine on. Mine was just the slingmount eyehole without the rail. I will take a picture tomorrow
