Some good wisdom in the replies. I am more of a shooter than a builder and have two Armalite AR10’s. Both are MOA accurate. Both have cycled thousands of rounds of everything without hiccups. I would shy away from a used “B” model because of magazine limitations, but they are getting harder and harder to find anyway. Stick with the “A” model that doesn’t need proprietary Armalite magazines.

I remember vaguely getting the Salk vaccine shot. Guess I was about four maybe. That would be 1952. I definitely remember getting the Sabin vaccine a few years later. It was in a sugar cube, just popped it in your mouth. One of the greatest advances in public health in history.

I was diagnosed in 1949 at 6 months old with polio. Doctor suggested monitoring until the symptoms got worse. Never did so I am guessing it was a misdiagnosis. Get well brother, and don’t let it stop you!

I just read the whole thing. More opportunities to see government money slip through the cracks and disappear, as well as hiring more people to harass firearms dealers with more paperwork with threats to lose their license the first time they have a minor violation. Won’t work. Concentrate on doing something about gangs if they want to reduce the gun violence rate.

Just about every year there is a SHTF day or two that signals an abrupt change to a late fall/winter pattern in the North Country. The last two days have been it. Howling winds, rain showers mixed in with cold sun, tells me the time of the year is changing fast. Time to get ready for winter.

I am in hot water all the time with Facebook, but they haven’t suspended me yet. Usually it is a complaint from a Page Administrator or something. Those people can be brain dead azsholes. Usually happens when I point out their errors and they ban me from their page. Think I am at 17 bans so far.

On your appeal, always use the sentence: “In my country we don’t know the subtleties of the English language”. I have no idea if it will help, but who knows?😵‍💫

It is coming, no doubt. Helped along by those thugs in big cities that descend in groups of 50-100 and grab stuff and go. Let’s see what happens if they try that at a typical gun store. It would end badly for a select few, I think.
