My EDC is loaded with 180 grain Federal HST's. They're 2 years old and I just picked up some fresh ammo to replace them with.

Kind of like an Eskimo trying to buy Seal meat at the local Publix. For some people It ain't gunna happen.

I'd call the lower manufacturer and see what upper they recommend. I'd think a DPMS upper would be the lowest cost route at this point. That is, if it will fit. Down the road buy a lower for the AR10 pattern uppper and build another one. Have you thought about just selling the AR10 upper?

I'm sure that me standing at the grill doors of a M60 series main battle tank didn't help. Or the fact that we never wore hearing protection while watching other tanks fire at the range. There is nothing like the sound of those air cooled V-12 diesels or a 105MM main gun going off. It was still the best job I ever had. Can I get a suppressor for one of these?

Here is another warm welcome wave from North Carolina. I own a DPMS LR-308 Oracle. The 16" HBAR barrel can shoot a heck of a lot better than I can. One thing DPMS did right is their LR-308. Buy it cheap (read blank canvas), mod it the way you want, then shoot the snot out of it!

Once the judge reads the sentence, give the azzhat 15 minutes to say good bye to his family, then off to old sparky he should go. Screw all this appeals crap.
