I bought a pair of electronic walker muffs for $35 from sams club. I love them, and they are used for shooting, chainsawing (i do a lot of that since i heat my house with wood), and anything else i can think about that is loud. I love that it actually makes softer noises louder and yet canceles out the loud noises, so i can year when someone talks to me or game in the woods. And they are actually pretty slim. Plud being from wisconsin i have never had a problem wearing a hat with them. For anyone in a budget, i recommend them.

For $85 shipped with all you see, i had to try one! Plan on using it on duty as a backup belt flashlight and have it mounted on my 300 blk when home. I love anything rechargeable. I hope it works well.

I agree with belt fed. I have those QD style mounts on my rifles and i wouldnt go any other way.

My wife used to shoot squirrels with an airsoft gun when we lived on base. I dont think it was strong enough to kill one though. Lol

Yeah when i purchased the stock for my .260, i picked the heaviest collapsible stock I could find that was my style. I did this on purpose to balance the rifle knowing i was gonna have a thicker, heavier barrel putting a lot of weight to the front.

There will always be that percentage of d1ckheads that do what they are told without question, even when they know it is wrong. But the good majority of officers are against gun restrictions and will stand against them. I just wish the federal government would jump in and say, "no you guys cant do that because it is unconstitutional." But i dont see that happening. Until the federal government stands up and defends the rights of the constitution from state laws, we will continue to have problems with state govenments trying to put in place more restrctions. At least you see people and communities fighting back in some way by declaring themselves sanctuary counties. I dont think we some california and a couple other states fight back at all while the state government restricted magazine size, buttstock styles, and other stupid laws. So it is a start with the sanctuary counties.

79% of virginia has gone to 2a sanctuary counties. The politicians are shooting themselves in the foot by continuing to push the laws and then threaten law enforcement with prosecution if they dont enforce those unconstitutional laws. They are either that dumb or want their state to burn/fall appart.

I still jave to send the barrel back. I got a custom barrel from mcgowen because i wanted a 16 inch. No clue why the headspace is so far off, but they said they would take care of it. I did try it with different bolts and no luck. Tried my bcg with other barrels and it worked fine. Clearly an issue with my barrel.

It should be balanced well enough that even with the weight it will be manageable.

I would also suggest aero's lower parts kit minus trigger group and pistol kit.
