  1. lvl III is rated for .308. so only body armor .308 will really go through these days is lvl IIIA soft armor.
  2. I need a charging handle, bcg, and barrel assembly. not going to spend more than $25 on a charging handle, so not to worried about that. planning on getting an ACME nickel boron bcg if they ever com back in stock, since they are listed at $108. and looking at a McGowen custom barrel since I could get one for $250 at 16 inches. I've seen mixed reviews on the McGowen barrels and I have no experience with them, but it is the cheapest route custom that I have found, and I haven't found any factory barrels that are 16 inches.
  3. Proof that I am still building a rifle. haha
  4. That's just seasoning brother. ?
  5. You know the best way to beat body armor? HEAD SHOTS!

We have had such bad wind with the cold up by me that my grill won't even stay lit! ?
  7. Just have Tom reload for you. ?
  8. idk, it's a look that I find futuristic. I feel like I should be fighting aliens with Ripley or something
  9. yeah yesterday, I had to direct traffic on an alternate route for 4 hours in the cold due to the interstate shutting down from 10 semis crashing around the same area. I got called in 6 hours early for that, been getting a lot of overtime due to the weather, which is nice. ?
  10. Oh it hasn't been that bad, only -17 or so. Think it was worse for us last year. lol. but more snow coming tomorrow and possibly Wednesday.
  11. Weight? come on man, stop teasing us and give us everything! Well I guess you wouldn't want my wild and crazy kids. how about IOUs? lol.
  12. Yeah you might have to go custom to get the length and profile you want. 6mm creedmoor still isn't super popular.

venison ribs are very difficult to cook also.
  14. dude, your rifles give me a hard on. They are the slickest looking "extra-large frame ARs" I have seen. Love the left side charging handle, the way the handguard matches up so perfectly, the ergonomics of the whole thing, and how you keep it at a reasonable size that makes it useful in real world combat applications. Idk what your barrel length is on the long one, but seems shorter than anything out there. Your design blows away Noreen, Alexander, DRD Tactical, and anything else that is out there in the .338... and then you went and designed a new subsonic cartridge. Wow. I can't wait to see more on the rifles and see what else you are gonna be offering. Do you take children for trade value?
  15. where do you find caliber info on the 500 blackout? I wasn't able to locate anything after a couple minutes of searching
  16. it's such a massive round I bet it's bigger than your wood.

No, it's called getting a better vehicle. lol.
  18. lol. can't say I haven't been intrigued, but I still need a .260 rem barrel!
  19. yeah, up by you there can be signal issues. many troopers use the county radios frequently since often times we can get through on our own radios.
  20. Welcome, also from wisconsin
  21. heck, where I am, the radios only work half the time anyways. lol. I use my phone a lot.
  22. brother, half the time I can't get the damn thing to work. and the only thing I know about it is, "push button, talk."
  23. well I am not that big of a badass. lol
  24. I wonder how easy they are to load. already costly and heavy. I think you would be better off putting two 40 round mags together, but that's just me. Still cool and it gets points for badassery.
