  1. This goes out to the hardest working guy I know, even after he stopped needing to punch the clock... @unforgiven You might recall him from the movie 'Roadhouse', becoming blind at a young age he is self taught and developed a unique style.
  2. Talk about getting ahead of the 'rule, way to go Doc Hopefully the legal limbo we're dealing up here clears up so I can look at getting something similar 'cause it looks like fun.

  5. In all fairness bipod ands bipolar start out the same but it's the little things that make the big difference. If it had been spelled differently and not ending in 'ar' you would have been fine
  6. For the guys with C2 rowers or access at the gym to a C2 rower ErgData both for Android or Apple. Been playing with it and the big plus is making up interval traing programs is much quicker then download via bluetooth, much easier than punching in a string of letters into control panel. Accessing the log on the app is also easier
  7. What a great way to spend retirement.
  8. If you wrap a gauze bandage on it you'll be less likely to keep banging the end while it heals.
  9. I can apreciate attention to detail especially with critical gear. Makes you wonder if he to lazy to propery check when on course and when he was still being evaluated how complacent/lazy he will be later.

  14. Well told tale. Reminds me of a story shared by my high school machineshop teacher. A student had a Chevette which required a brake job, being a HS student and tight for cash he did the job himself. The drums were pretty rusty and a struggle to remove but after bringing them to school and turning the drums everything was now nice and shinny. Now this boy felf being smarter than the average bear he could come up with a solution to prevent the drum brakes getting all rusty. After a bit of thought he came up with a solution so simple it never crossed his mind to wonder why no one else had thought of it. The solution... pack the brakes with grease, not only would it prevent rusting but it would eliminate future brake squeking. He made it out of his drive way and down the street to the first intersection at which point the issue became apperant. He only hit two cars but the second one was a police car which sent him glancing off a hydro pole and getting stuck in the ditch. It seems the first words out of his mouth to the police office was" I don't know what happend, I just did the brakes and even greased them so they wouldn't rust"
  15. Have a great shoot @Magwa
  16. On the drive back home after attending my first Fall Shoot I was already planning my trip back for the upcoming Spring Shooot. Covid put a pause into that but now back on schedule The stories, the pictures while great don't give you the full experience. It's kinda like the difference between watching a cooking show vs being in the kitchen sampling the food.
  17. A lot drier and sunnier than my weekend, looks like a fun day out
