  1. Also, put a wood dowel into the barrel, for safety sake
  2. Same. Only thing you’ll need to do is keep your bcg a DPMS pattern.
  3. I like that
  4. No, sorry, that was for Sisco. But I’m glad you found something there you could purchase.
  5. Yeah, it’s 2019 and Matt is on a diet. No meals.
  6. And, so you are aware, there are generally 3 main types of large frame styles or patterns. Armalite, DPMS and Rock River. Many parts are proprietary. Belonging to the owner, as in the rights to the patents filed. And because of these proprietary parts many things are not inter changeable. There is no mil spec. This isn’t an AR15. Oh, and by the way, you are an assembler my friend, until you mechanically alter a part permanently. Then you are a builder. So untilmill out an 80%, put a barrel on a lathe, or otherwise manufacture something, you assembled a bunch of wrong parts.
  7. Quoted from 98z5b in a separate thread and the reason he asked you right off the cuff.
  8. this always shot well in my colt sporter https://www.targetsportsusa.com/fiocchi-shooting-dynamics-762x39mm-ammo-123-grain-fmj-762sova-p-3652.aspx
  9. How about that comp sitting on your desk..... or bench ..... or where ever....
  10. It’s illegal in MA too. ?
  11. Very nice. Very very nice. I’ll be looking forward to a range report
  12. Palmetto is still sorting it out. You can make it work but we may be heavily involved to get it right. The MP is also proprietary, as far as I have seen, so of what you listed the Armalite or Aero would be my choice.
  13. http://midwestpx.com/magazines/5-10-midwest-px-10lr-m3-magpul-pmag.html?___SID=U
  14. Prepping for what? What do you honestly think is going to happen? Zombies? Liberals?
  15. I would say no because the G2 is not compatible “normal” DPMS compatible 308AR parts.
  16. If any of you guys with money have been waiting this is your chance!!! 40% off!! If I could only sell a kidney.....
  17. Wow, nice! I’m just a knuckle dragger..... no way could I do that
  18. 300 Win Mag, .338 Lapua... plenty more
  19. So DPMS compatible parts will be fine. If you look into something and aren’t sure, ask. Small frame is AR15 based rifles. Large frame, for now is based on 308 receivers and a short action chambering in a bolt gun.
  20. Correct. There are three primary platforms using proprietary parts and receiver cuts. DPMS type Armalite Rock River You typically cannot mix and match without tolerance stacking. There is no mil spec for the large frame AR’s
  21. So true! And scary....
  22. Your challenge may be it not picking up reports of targets or echo off canyons. I bought a Pact after shooting with one first time I went out with Tom. Money well spent. Gives a whole new aspect to training, especially on the move
  23. Killed me. Couldn’t keep up. 18.8 was best I could do.... he’s fast and smooth, doesn’t even look like he is trying
