  1. He gets like that. If I get guns out, I have to put range muffs on him. If I don't, then he knows he's not going. At that point, he gets really pissed off and goes after the neighbor's dogs... <lmao>
  2. Pulled this from your link - This fucking IDIOT is all over Cali legislature!!! He needs to GO!!! The measure was authored by Senators Alex Padilla, Kevin de León, and Ricardo Lara.
  3. And she's looking for Ron!!!
  4. RLTW!!!
  5. Just pissed myself off. Counted VTAC slings. I do have 8 - on rifles. VTAC Mk1 slings on the Mk12, 700, Ruger GSR, Moss MVP, Savage FV-SR, and 3 x 10-22s. BFG VTAC Padded on the 16" precision gun, and BFG VTAC (non-padded) on the Moss 930 SPX. TactiCat on overwatch... >:D TactiCat doing a barrel inspection on the FV-SR: Two spare VTAC Mk1 slings - the FDE one is destined for my 300BLK, when I pick up the attaching hardware. TactiCat providing guard, once again. He's not happy that I have these out, and he's not going to the range with me...
  6. ^^^ Yep, he gave it away. Homey will ALWAYS have that rifle, no matter WHAT!!! <thumbsup>
  7. ^^^ SEE?!!? I don't lie about that $hit... <lmao>
  8. That first one that Stain posted, and this one ^^^ are very similar. You can't get a more stable shooting position than wearing a cuff. That's the best it gets, brother. Now I need to shoot the 1903 tomorrow. The GI sling is easily converted to a cuff, and I want to get some 30-06 downrange now. Fuckers...
  9. It's hard to tell what it could be, just based on a target pic - some things are obvious, like verticle stringing due to breathing, though (not you, just in general). When you get down behind the gun, try to make sure that you do the exact same thing, every shot - it HAS to be consistent. Always fire on the full exhale - natural respiratory pause. Once you settle in and have your natural point of aim squared away, don't move - unless you check your natural point of aim again before the next shot. Trigger follow-through, every single shot. Same sight picture, same sight alignment (through a scope, you really don't have to worry about sight alignment). The things that will affect you everytime are sight picture, sight alignment, breathing, trigger control and body position. If one of those is different shot-to-shot, then your target will reflect it. And bees. Don't fuk with bees - get outta there. <lmao>
  10. I think I've got 8 of the VTAC Mk1 slings on rifles right now. I'm a hooker for sticking with a part... <lmao> $hit, I need to go count rifles. This is bugging me.
  11. If you can tune a didgiridoo, you can tune a barrel. I'm just sayin'... <dontknow>
  12. YEEEEEEESSSSSS!!! :hethan:
  13. Stain, I like that loop sling - nothing locks up tighter than a cuff on your upper arm. Damn nice one, too, and I think I'll try one. That barricade sling is effin GENIOUS! On that bolt knob, I just put it on with the small o-rings for now. I'll epoxy it in place for good, now that I've cycled it a few times. It cycles completely different now, and I like it. I saw it not long ago, and grabbed it, basically, because it's so damn cheap. It's worth the money, IMHO. Jon, you better stand back when I get this out - I don't know how big it's gonna get!!! <lmao>
  14. Or he changed sight picture. 308LH, did you take a break (rest your eyes or something, maybe change/move your elbows, move body position?) between those major impact areas? 1-2-3-4 are good, same area. 5-6 moved right. 7-8-9-10 moved up. 3 major impact areas, something changed between the 3 of them.
  15. On a .308, or AR-15? If it's on the AR-15, they make a spacer that goes into the rifle receiver extension, that allows you to run a carbine buffer in it. If it's on the .308, you're $hit out of luck. You'd need to make a spacer that's the exact same length difference, between the .308 carbine buffer and the .308 rifle buffer.
  16. Find a way to get me Ron's MRAD, and I'll gladly put the Elite Iron right on that thing!
  17. Read this thread, then measure:
  18. Mine is probably the most shot rifle I have now. Love the cartridge, love the rifle. I need to shoot other stuff...
  19. They have them on Labor Day Sale at SSA, too - $54.99/1, $99.99/2, and $134.99/3 http://www.surplusammo.com/anderson-ar15-stripped-lower-receiver/
  20. Stain, my brother, I found something you can use. Well, I didn't JUST find it - but a few days ago I ordered it, and it's on the 700 now. KRG Bolt Lift. http://www.kineticresearchgroup.com/products/boltlift.php
  21. I think I did that on Dawn's, too. I said I'd look at it again, but I haven't yet... <lmao>
  22. You can pick this on up, and just send it to WMD Guns, and they'l NiB-coat it for you.
  23. Any idea what the difference was, in applications?
  24. Thanks for contributing. Have a good one.
  25. ^^^ That's some sneaky $hit, right there! Farkle, when the hell did you find out about that thing, and when did it come out?!
