  1. I thought he wanted to meet YOU, but at HIS house? I'll call his crazy a$s... <lmao>
  2. I didn't get ahold of Shib yet - he wants to meet at 0730, then head my way?
  3. You almost lost an arm, man. Almost.
  4. I'm bettin' I won't sell a single one of the G trigs. I'll get one of these 24c things and run it on the shot timer. I'll run it in the same rifle that has the G S3G in it right now, and do a back-to-back with the vids. Did the first 17 rounds in 3.39 seconds in this one, then I boned it all up... <lmao> I'm really curious to see how this 24c trig does against the S3G...
  5. Thermolds, brother. Ran a bunch of those in the Army, no kidding, '95 time frame. We called them "Water Mags" then, and used them whenever we were gonna get wet. Drill the floorplate so they'd drain faster. They didn't hold up to sustained full auto fire very well, so we made sure not to use them for that. They worked for everything else, though. The M4A1 loved them, if you kept it on semi.
  6. If you decide to run .308 Win subsonics, I'd shoot them from the shortest barrel you have, to start out. You try to run them out of a 24" hunting rifle, and they might get stuck in the barrel. That low velocity might have enough drag from the rifling to stop it in a longer barrel. One at a time for testing, check for barrel obstruction each time, and hammer them out if they don't get out under their own power. Round #2 would SUCK, if you didn't check every one...
  7. Parent case is the .308 Winchester.
  8. Had to fix that for ya, brother... <lmao>
  9. Ain't you the one that's got the "hurts when I pee" thing going on?... <lmao>
  10. It's all Stain's fault...
  11. That's a damn good one, right there. Spare no expense, Jimmy!!! <lmao>
  12. TIme is "whenever Mike shows up..." <lmao> I was crashed out sleeping last time, when he showed up at my house at 0730... It wasn't until about 0815 that I knew he was here... <laughs>
  13. Gas port diameter on the two, the one in the block. Larger port on the 308 version, but it won't matter if you use the 15 version. As it is, the port is drilled larger than the largest rifle barrel gas port. The 15 version will still run that 308 with ease.
  14. They now have the Cerakote FDE uppers, lowers and combo sets in stock. Prices on that combo set are DAMN good - $333. Great price.
  15. ^^^ This right here is post # 9898 for me... 98... so I'm not wasting it on something stupid. This is truly WORTH IT. BIIIIIG TIME! <lmao> Ron, see that chick up there? With common wood screws, I can attach as many Elite Iron bipods to her fat a$s as you need, and we can maneuver her into any position you need... to get your a$s moved out west, to the free land. I'll fly out there, jump out of her fridge in the midst of the night when she's going for another turkey leg, PUT HER TO SLEEP, and snatch her for you, bro. Whatever it takes. I'll do that. You mean that much to me, man.
  16. They're a metric $hit-ton further along on it than any other damn state, including Kali. I need to rack up the bull$hit laws in each state and see which one is the worst for gun owners, but your state is right at the top of the heap. It's probably only a matter of days ahead of CT, and door-to-door searches and confiscation. You're in denial, bro. I love you, but you're fucked there and you know it. No, it's not. You're staying in the area for the fine women, nothing more... <lmao>
  17. ^^^ That right there is exactly what I was looking for, with my comment. With very few posts here, you praise that trigger- nobody here knows anything about your comparison, if any. You HAVE used a bunch of single-stage triggers, so your comment holds weight. Had the 24c been the only trigger you'd ever used, your comment wouldn't amount to a hill of beans. Or a pile of $hit, however you look at it. However... as per the title of the thread... Have you ever used the 24C?
  18. Room in my house. Temporary or permanent, either is alright with me. Pack your Penske truck, brother.
  19. Holy $HIT! I've never, ever seen a stamp only take a little over a month! :ugone2far: :hail:
  20. micro, that $982 is your pricing, right? What's street price? I guess there really isn't a "street price" yet, since the damn thing just came out. SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!!!
  21. I'm sure you can - start here: http://members.shaw.ca/cronhelm/DevelopSubsonic.html
  22. Marana Range will be a better get-together for you, once we all decide to head there and meet Jon again. I'll be teaching an Appleseed shoot at the SV Range in October. Those are always good to attend. <thumbsup>
  23. You just hold the pedal to the floor - we'll steer it through the cornfield. <thumbsup>
  24. HAHA! That's damn cool!!!
