  1. Hey, hey... He can look at the Schmidt & Bender and US Optics offerings, too. <thumbsup>
  2. <laughs> And we'll spend your money in a split-second. :o "You can trust me with your life, but not your wallet or your ammo..." <lmao>
  3. Things like this almost bring a tear to my eye - if I could cry. >:( Things like this also make me realize how much I hate gougers. I love this place. <thumbsup>
  4. poop, it was already gone when he made his intro post - he just didn't know it yet... <laughs>
  5. You can run any kind of handguard that is made for a DPMS. I'm pretty sure all the Bushmaster 308s use the newer DPMS rail height, but you'll have to measure your upper to be certain. There's a pinned thread in this section that describes the process. Welcome aboard, man. <thumbsup>
  6. Same exact thing I thought when I saw the first pic. <thumbsup>

    Snow

Damn! :o That didn't take long. Be careful, brother.
  8. Should work like a champ.
  9. Ship 'em, men! Ship 'em! <thumbsup> <laughs> Somebody's gettin' back a Barney-the-Dinosaur purple lookin' part back, though. Just one small part. It'll be a surprise. <lmao>
  10. That's the way I thought looked better, myself. After seeing the other guys say the opposite, I started looking at it again, trying to see if a dark frame would be alright. I have a buddy here that wants me to paint up his Sig P230 like that, so I will. On mine, I'm with you, brother. ;D :happydrunks:
  11. starfury, that's some damn fine work on that SPX, man. <thumbsup>
  12. Sounds like the original gasblock was the primary issue. That new one will seal quick - probably already sealed, now. Great news, man. <thumbsup>

    Snow

Tomorrow will be AWESOME for making some real, no-poop snow caves! I wish I was there with you, brother. <thumbsup>
  14. Other way, brother? I like this combo better, myself. It'll probably happen like this...
  15. That's a good lookin' stick, man. <thumbsup>
  16. No, brother, I'm just fucking with you... I wanted to see Rob get in here and say, "Man, you didn't even CALL me!!!"... <laughs> <lmao>
  17. Come on, brother - you called me from the store. You picked up 10 for me, and you said they had a 20-limit. $18.45 is a GREAT PRICE, too!!! That's awesome!!! :happydrunks: Can't thank you enough, man. <thumbsup> EDIT - Oh, poop - did you want me to NOT say anything?... :o
  18. So, basically, unanimously, you guys are saying dark frame, light slide. Got it. Brownell's doesn't stock either of these two colors in Airdry, so I'll have to order right from Cerakote. I might end up using alot of this Patriot Brown, so I'm getting a bigger container of it, and a 4oz bottle of the FDE. The Sniper Grey was a 4oz bottle, still have 1.5oz of it left, and that's after painting a stripped 5.56 upper and lower, carbine receiver extension, 13" rail, and a flashlight. A little goes a long way with this stuff, just because it goes on so damn thin. It's badass. <thumbsup>
  19. Not even two weeks yet, brother - you got a ways to go... <thumbsup> <lmao> <laughs>
  20. Yeah, right - don't try to cover up, brother. I really do appreciate it. <thumbsup>
  21. Thanks for grabbing those LR20 Pmags for me, brother - I'll have the PayPal out to you tonight for them. That's badass. <thumbsup> ;D
  22. Somebody out there owns it - that's what is badass. <thumbsup>
  23. Probably will ditch Magpul FDE, and just do the regular FDE - slight color difference. What do you instigators think? Here's "regular" FDE and Patriot Brown...
  24. Let's see. 1. A couple of hundred million dollars of spending money. 2. A Federal Firearms License to own automatic and crew served weapons. 3. A qualified contractor to build the vault. 4. Forty years plus of gun collecting. Throw in the presidency of the NRA and you have a veritable museum collection in your own basement. The late Charlton Heston's Basement..... Now this is a 'Gun Safe'! .......AND CHARLTON NEVER KILLED ANYONE.......... No wonder the USA has never been invaded!!! Nothing like being prepared! This is the way gun control should be. WOW!! :o
  25. That's crazy. :cookoo: I like it! <laughs>
