  1. Took them long enough to file a lawsuit - that was a problem when the pistol first came out, years ago now. We have a bigass thread about that, somewhere here.
  2. We're already talking about this brother, right here:
  3. @jim3326, My brain has to look like a Sharpei dog. I don't know how useful the information is, that's tucked in there, but there's a whole LOT of shiit. Torque specs for things I'll never work on again, measurements to a shelf I built in an old house that I sold on 2007. Etc. There's alot backed up in there, and it flashes forward now and again - but I don't know how useful it is anymore. I haven't figured out how to format that brainpan hard drive yet, and get the useless shiit out.
  4. I think the south side of that same ridge, we can get another 240 yards from the one we put out now. We'll need your onX hunting app when we place that 850, and I think we can pull this off. Still got the camp and 850 plots in there, saved?
  5. I have a 7mm-08 AR in the works, man.
  6. I love it, brother - Serious badass pilot. And, everybody needs to jump out of an aircraft at least once in their life. You'll never do anything better with your clothes on.
  7. Don't leave Ballistic Advantage out of the mix. I have several Faxons and a PILE of BA barrels. I'll take a BA barrel any day of the week, but I'll always turn to Faxon for a profile I want, that BA doesn't make. Hope that makes sense.
  8. However, I'll say this... How many of those guys have cold-bored that shot?... Got-dayum near dead-center, too... That new record shot is 4.4 miles. Unreal. No matter how many times they had to shoot at it to get it - their "spotters" were all out there in bunkers, near the target, and called misses by hearing where it hit, and triangulating where it probably hit - they have BIGASS BRASS BALLS!!! 7,744-yard shot means there was ALOT of Nerd-Magic involved, just to even get close. Its impressive. I wanna stretch the mile shot this year, and put another one out there at 2.000 yards. Same ol' IPSC plate, nothing special. But 2k.
  9. Ironic as fuk, right there. ^^^ doesn't happen often, but one bot quoted the other bot... Both those accounts should just disappear already. Calling @Matt.Cross
  10. DAMN!!! They're ALL gorgeous!!!
  11. All Aero M5 uppers are DPMS-High.
  12. This one is alot lighter than that shorter one from Monstrum. Grab that 12" from 2A. It's almost 6oz lighter.
  13. Welcome, and thanks for posting an intro. Lots of new people these days are above posting an intro, and telling us anything about themselves - they're just here for answers to their questions. Thanks for doing that, and really joining the community. It goes a long way.
  14. The buffer is the dead-blow hammer that you need to thank yourself for, when you DON'T have bolt-bounce.
  15. You over-think shiit, for absolutely no reason at all.
  16. This company only deals in blem parts. They buy bulk blem parts from other companies, then flip them to the consumer. Do some research on the company.
  17. There have been a couple of revisions since the original book - mainly due to all the crazy shiit after 9/11. You'll love it.
  18. Those original M9s had a slide life guarantee of 5,000 rounds. Safety messages started coming down stating slide life was now 2.500 rounds. The final message that came down was slide life of 1.250 rounds... That would last over 20 years, in a training role, only qualifying once a year.
  19. Got that buffer in last week, installed, but haven't shot this one again, yet. That'll happen in the next couple weeks, though, for certain. I'll update again after I shoot this mean bastard with that new Slash 8.5oz buffer in there.
  20. My .358 Win is a 16" midlength gas barrel, with a 10" rail. I'll dig up a pic. Gas block is exposed, and it's not that bad. I don't care if the block is exposed - nothing is going to happen to it anyway. EDIT - Found it:
  21. I'm curious to see where this goes, when the pics get posted.
  22. 16" barrel, but why the weight of a 15" handguard, when the design is for a lightweight gun? Go shorter. Go 10" if you can. You don't need that much rail on that config, if weight is your priority. My $0.02.
  23. See if you can find this book on there, brother. Let me know if it pops up there. https://graciaburnham.org/books/in-the-presence-of-my-enemies/ See if they have this one as well...
  24. They aren't a sponsor here anymore for a reason. Search out the owner... Check out her past...
