  1. Not immortal, yet. Can't confirm it, but time will tell... But I'm 10 feet tall, three rows of teeth and two coats of hair, and I'm bulletproof...
  2. Zero response on what I asked you?...
  3. Hammers, axe handles and pick-axes aren't off the table yet, there. They thought it's about guns, but what they're practicing is control. They fucked with the guns, there - and now have control. That won't last forever, in either of those two places. They're about to explode.
  4. His name is officially DICKHEAD...
  5. ^^^ I am with you on this. I've done worse shiit, in worse countries, and eaten things that I probably shouldn't have eaten. Still here, no side effects, not dead yet.
  6. This is how we treat the books...
  7. That's specifically an AR15 part, completely. It's not going to work in your gun, worth a shiit. Do what @jtallen83 said - it's proven. Well, you straight demanded that I give you reasons for my advice - but you never, ever stated why you need this trigger. I specifically asked you, in counter, what are YOUR reasons for needing this trigger so bad. Here are your responses... Well, I directly asked you what the purpose of the gun was, and you still haven't answered that. What "added capability" are you talking about - you never stated it. Please explain, directly, what the purpose of the gun build it - what you want the gun to do. Then, please explain directly, what that trigger is giving you... Almost All lowers are marked with the 3rd position, by the way.
  8. There's alot of no-kidding Gunsmiths that have their own shops, that don't know shiit about Large Frame ARs, and all the differences. Not joking you on that. Don't put your money in that basket, just because they can build bolt guns. Were not talking the differences between Apples and Oranges, when comparing bolt guns to Large Frame ARs. We're talking about the difference between Apples and Hammers. See what they know - ask them if they know the operational differences between DPMS LR-308 based guns, compared to what's different in the Armalite AR-10 based guns. If they look at you like a dog looking at an airplane - don't have them build your gun. They don't know enough. No matter how many bolt guns they build.
  9. Been preaching this method for years. It works.
  10. Yes. Light lube on the buffer contact surface, and the outside of the spring, and the inside of the receiver extension. I have a sad story of not doing this, on dry guns (inspection ready, turned into the arms room), during a funeral detail (with blanks), and the problem was no lube in the recoil system... ^^^ Just what he said.
  11. Here's the follow up to this one, which was Ep 25 for the guy that interviewed Shrek. Shrek made a request in 25 - to interview the interviewer!... So, here's Episode 30 - the back again...
  12. How about that cute shotgun that matches his purse and shoes?...
  13. @Lonewolf McQuade in jail now or something? Fuk he go?...
  14. Looks like you already have the hard parts solved - that should run like that (once that AR-10 rifle gas tube shows up), just make sure you lube the hell out of it before you take it out.
  15. This guy is #4, so let's see how this one goes. Going with their lower is about the only option here... based on previous reports here... With their lower, if it's gas port shiit or gas tube, recoil system junk - we can fix that. If it's still just a fucked up design, there's nothing we, here, can do about that. With their lower, we can get it to the operational point where it SHOULD work, and he can point that back at the company, on the design.
  16. Is that the side-charger? Search "Gibbz" here, because we've seen 3 Gibbz side-chargers, and they all had issues... I'm just sayin'...
  17. ...until they decide that they're not gonna take it anymore. In AUS and NZ, that's not very far off, anymore. They're tired of it, in those two places, and the shiit is about to hit the fan there.
  18. "Explain your dreams" then. You haven't done it. What "dream" do you have that this binary trigger can fulfill? Get to it - that binary trigger is your dream. Why?... What do you think it's gonna do for you?... I want to hear your reasons, why this trigger is so important to what you need to do... Let's get YOUR reason on why that trigger is so important...
  19. Shiitcan that whole binary trigger dream. Just dump it.
  20. Here's a mind-blower. Tu Lam. I met this guy at SHOT Show 2020. I worked with this guy, and didn't even know it, at the time, in the same unit, in early history. I was at Fort Lewis, whilst he was in Okinawa at 1/1 SFG(A). Unreal guy. almost 4.5 hours. Plan it out. This is a great interview. This guy is so badass that they made a Call Of Duty character out of him - the video game...
  21. On the 18" .308AR barrel with rifle gas and a 0.750" gas block journal diameter, your gas port diameter HAS to be 0.093"~0.096" sized. Or, it doesn't work. Check that first, and fix that first.
  22. You won't find a 2.500" buffer that you can get to 5.4oz, ever. The max you can get that thing is 5.3oz, with two tungsten weights, inside a stainless steel body. But that works. The Sprinco Orange spring was specifically designed for a 2.500" 5.4oz buffer, running inside a receiver extension that's only 7.000" internal depth. They made that spring, for that recoil system, for a .308AR. You can run that setup, and it'll work. I run it in my .260 Rem AR, just to prove that it works, and that gun RUNS... I did that for THIS reason. That's the ONLY .308AR that I have with that recoil system. Every other one runs the Armalite AR-10 Carbine Recoil System. My .260 is the one, though. It's the goods. So, next for you, is verifying your gas port diameter. Your gas tube position is perfect. Verify your gas port diameter. And fix your recoil system. You do that, and make sure your gas port diameter is right, and your gun will run anything you throw at it.
