Yep. Laugh now - wake up in Arizona, brother... Go look in your fridge...
  2. I went through a training course in 1995, down in Florida, and got briefed on all the history on the Special Operations Aircraft. I begged and begged to be a "live extraction" for the Fulton System, to prove that it was still "viable." After many hours of debate - they still refused. I missed my "ultimate adrenaline rush" due to decision-makers that wouldn't decide, based on policy-makers that said it was unsafe. I'da signed whatever waivers it would have taken, just to have a picture of me, about (the intitial 10-feet off the ground) with double middle fingers flying, MASSIVE SMILE on my face, getting yanked off Mother Earth...

WHOLE REASON, right there, that we need to pull a KFR mission on his ass (Kidnap For Ransom), and drag him out west, to a Shoot, brother. Ron - you have to rag him - he TRUSTS you...
  4. His cousin had to bail before that one - or we BOTH woulda tagged him that night. That was on the last night there. Planning another Lap Dance for Rob? I'm ALWAYS planning another Lap Dance for Rob, whenever I can get him in the position to take complete advantage of him... It's almost like MAKING planets align, and The Perfect Storm, in order to pull off something like that shiit, that went down. It's luckier than getting that DeLorean to 88mph and making it transport you in time. If his cousin would'a been there, he'da been humped harder...
  5. I know both these guys - the ugly older one, and his younger, good looking cousin... I cant wait for SHOT '21... @Robocop1051 - you need to BRING HIM to Fall Shoot, fucker. You NEED... to bring him... He, by himself, is some pure comedy that many that attend the shoots - just aren't ready for...
  6. That's deep information, brother. That's some Deep Catholic Shiit, right there. I get it.
  7. Oh, I can't road-trip with her - she's down for road-sex all the time. The road trips we've done have been navigation-sex-marathons-to-the-destination... It's pretty crazy. I have to plan a 4-hr trip as an 8-hr trip, in order to check in to a hotel on time and not get my reservation cancelled for a late checkin...

Now, both you guys are just fucking with Rene...
  9. Spend the $299 and just buy the LaRue lower receiver. That's the best thing to do. It's also the best thing to do for your small-frame gun on the Anderson lower - lust buy a LaRue small-frame lower for $199, and don't mess around. Then, you have a complete LaRue gun, top quality, and not some half-assed gun that's almost-badass. My $0.02 on the whole affair. For both guns. You're SO close to having TWO BADASS GUNS... So don't cheap out on some other lower receiver. Would you put a complete Noveske upper receiver on a $39 lower?... Years from now, when LaRue lowers might not be available, you'll be saying to yourself, "I was SO CLOSE TO GETTING THIS RIGHT!!!" - while you kick yourself in your own nuts over it all.
  10. My ex-wife is singing this one in her head right now...
  11. I have a few BrakeOuts from them as well. Incredibly effectlve. One day, I'll get off my ass the get the suppressor. https://shop.advanced-armament.com/aac_en_us/brakeout-2-0-compensator.html
  12. I love AC-130s, more than most of you know. That's a AC-130U model, with the 25mm chain gun, and both the 25mm and the 105mm Howitzer firing at the same time. The previous model, the AC-130H, that one had twin 20mm guns instead of the 25mm gun. Otherwise, twins. That mid-ship gun that's not firing in that pic is the 40mm BOFORS. That one is a crowd-pleaser, all by itself, right there. "Constant Left Hand Orbit" is something that you never, ever want a part of - unless it's on YOUR side. The targeting system will plug a basketball while the aircraft is at a 10,000-foot orbit. My Angel, right there. Here's the 40, right beside the 105. You can see the Twin-20s up front, so this one is the H model right here.
  13. That's just for the guns, men. The price on the whole system - to .gov - is $25k. That $25k is the transit case, bipod, all the goodies, etc... For real. So, maybe this is just 500 complete systems, instead of 1,000 guns. That's about how it breaks down. This right here is $25k.
  14. It's all about body mechanics, man.
  15. I like them, too - I'll check that out. Thanks for the heads-up.
  16. OH DAMN! This has my attention... THAT is Dangerous, right there... I likey...
  17. Move the scope forward - it's too far back. Most of the time, for most people, the scope works best when the end of the scope (eye piece) is just about even with the end of the upper receiver... That allows proper eye relief on most modern scope, without getting into some weird, uncomfortable body position to get your eye relief right. Example:
  18. This entire post, Cliff, is one of the best "recommendation" posts I've ever seen here, for hunting. What's specifically described above - what I quoted - is called "Maximum Point Blank Range" - MPBR. research into that term spells it all out, and why it's important for hunters.
  19. Short answer is both versions will need some work done to them to make them run right, so just bypass the sales offer and get something else. If you're talking to the owner, and he hasn't already modified the gun - then it won't work right. That's probably the reason it's for sale in the first place. They made changes on the Gen 3 that were just band-aids on the wrong cuts, so you can't tell how bad they run, and work even needs done on those things. Just buy something that works, and don't deal with the headaches of getting this, and doing all the shiit that's required to make it a "reliable gun." That's my $0.02 on it. EDIT - PSA has AR15s figured out, for cheap. But, everyone has AR15s figured out, so that's not saying much. PSA .308ARs are junk, and you need to put in work to make them run right. They do not have the .308AR platform figured out, and they won't make the fixes necessary to ship a reliable gun from their factory, because $$$... That's the only reason. There's plenty to read about them, from previous workers that were employed there, and that's right here: https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Palmetto-State-Armory/reviews
  20. Don't ignore the offerings from VG6 - they are fantastic brakes and comps. Look into them. I have several, and really like them.
  21. Yep, that $13,480,110.00 contract equals 1,000 more M110s.

You two fuckers get together again, and we're gonna have more stories. I'm just sayin'... They're gonna be good, too...
  23. Welcome aboard, man. Where's the charging handle?
  24. I'm WAY IN on those, brother - those are my projos for the 6 ARC. I'm sitting on 700 right now, but there will never be enough of them... I'm in.
  25. I'm still in - JBMatt is loading the 178 EMD-Ms, so I'll buy them from you and sell them to him...
