@shepp, the little Burrowing Owl girl was out tonight on my way home from work - I always look now, on that corner. I made the corner and pulled the car up a little, grabbed the camera and walked back - across the street from her. I had to zoom in, and couldn't tell if I got a decent pic,but it was alright. I decided to walk out into the street and try it again, but that was a No-Go - she started to move. Got back in the car, and pulled the car around - she stands there when cars are making that turn, all the time... She didn't like me sitting there, and popped up off the ground... She only flew about 20 feet away, so I zoomed in again, and got her Mean-Muggin' me...

0.060" is the offset difference between DPMS High and DPMS Low. That's exactly what this is, here. No pics needed. Aero Precision is all DPMS High pattern, so it looks like the S&W M&P-10 is a DPMS Low pattern. You need a handguard that's based on DPMS Low profile - and the Aero isn't. Check it:

The Secret Ingredient in these barrel builds is to... punch that pin out and get rid of it. That was a Sig thing, to cure a problem that didn't even exist in the first place... You had to search around for an extractor that would work with it - punch it out, run a standard extractor, zero issues.

More sensationalized bullshiit, is what it is... Thank You, MSM, for this... I fought those Africanized Bees, by the way, in Southern AZ, back in the 2004~2007 timeframe. They were seriously pissed off. I'm still here. They aren't. At least not the ones that tried to fuk with me. They're crispy, and done. I'm down for a fight with the Great Asian Murder Hornet. Bring the pain. Carry on.

Asian Murder Hornets? Hey, check this out. https://www.foxnews.com/science/murder-hornet-kills-spain-man-report-says 'Murder hornet' kills Spain man, report says By Frank Miles | Fox News A man in northwest Spain, 54, died after being stung by a “murder hornet,” according to a report. The man from Villestro in Galicia was stung in the eyebrow by an Asian giant hornet while tending to a wasp nest close to a beehive he owned. ASIA'S 'MURDER HORNET' LANDS IN US FOR FIRST TIME The deadly insects from Asia were first spotted last weekend in Washington state. Measuring up to 2 inches long, the world’s largest hornets have been known to wipe out bee colonies within hours: The big bugs decapitate entire hives of honeybees, and that crucial food pollinator is already in big trouble. The hornet can kill up to 50 people a year in Japan, The New York Times reported. Such reports have whipped up a national panic that may lead to more “needless” damage to those essential insect populations, the experts warned. FILE - In this April 23, 2020, photo provided by the Washington State Department of Agriculture, a researcher holds a dead Asian giant hornet in Blaine, Wash. (Karla Salp/Washington State Department of Agriculture via AP) “Millions and millions of innocent native insects are going to die as a result of this,” Dr. Doug Yanega, a professor of entomology at the University of California, Riverside, told the Los Angeles Times. “Folks in China, Korea and Japan have lived side by side with these hornets for hundreds of years, and it has not caused the collapse of human society there. My colleagues in Japan, China and Korea are just rolling their eyes in disbelief at what kind of snowflakes we are.” Following the initial hornet sightings on May 2, the Washington State Department of Agriculture issued instructions on how to trap the hornets, stressing that so far, the hornets have been sighted only within the state. 'MURDER HORNETS' POSE RISK TO HONEY BEE POPULATIONS “There are no known sightings of Asian giant hornets anywhere else in the United States and trapping for them there will likely do more harm than good by catching native desirable insects. PLEASE DO NOT TRAP FOR ASIAN GIANT HORNETS IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF WASHINGTON STATE,” the warning read. A man in northwest Spain, 54, died after being stung by a “murder hornet,” according to a report. (FILE) The concern for bees has stemmed from their role in the general ecosystem: Bees are responsible for pollinating approximately 75 percent of the fruits, nuts and vegetables grown in the United States, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Numerous bug experts told The Associated Press that what they call murder hornet “hype” reminds them of the 1970s public scare when Africanized honeybees, nicknamed “killer bees,” started moving north from South America. While these more aggressive bees did make it up to Texas and the Southwest, they didn’t live up to the horror-movie moniker. However, they also do kill people in rare situations.

I use this for Engine Assembly Lube, and I also use it for lubing a new .308AR gun that I'm gonna shoot. About 6 years ago, I met my local Justice Brothers rep. After seeing the demonstration he laid out, I was sold, and tried it for myself. Worked wonders. After that, I found out that he was into guns, as I was, and started talking to him about using his products for breaking in new Large-Frame ARs... he was intrigued - and I found out that he spent 10 years on the US Shooting Team as a shot-gunner... Wow, how worlds collide. That conversation led to he and I working on a gun-specific formulation of lube. I think we/HE perfected it about 3 years ago. All this info is available in the new section to you - you just have to check it out. All the years of documentation, tests on this board - it all there, Cliff. @JBMatt, you rock, brother...

I invest in brass, lead, primers, copper, and powder. When it's all said and done, and the end is near... I have WAY MORE than you, for anything than your bank statements say about you. You can tell me anything you want about you, and what you're "worth." Once all your shiit is frozen, and banks are done - what you say you have, vs. what I do have, right now, in my hands... Is the Rule Of Law. I own the land.
-
And THAT... Is the REST of the Story...

This is valuable information - and should be applied to all .308 AR parts as well. DPMS LR-308 based parts advertised as "AR-10," etc. Principle #1: Don't trust retellers, get hold of the original sources. Retailers/"Retellers" - don't know what they fuk they're talking about, or selling - and they don't know the differences between all the parts, because they're stupid, and only after money. I need to use this, and propose a new Rule or Lesson, here... I think it should be a Lesson. There is only ONE Lesson here on this board, and it's Lesson 65b - "You Snooze, You Lose..." Don't wait too long for that part that's in stock, or that gun that you want - you wait, it's gone. Lesson 65b. The way Eric told it, I think the new "rule" or "lesson" should be the new "principal" here on the board... Principle #1: Don't trust retellers, get hold of the original sources. What you see online, specs you find, details listed - are usually bullshiit. Sellers don't care, they move product. They don't care that their ads are wrong, they're selling to whomever is buying, usually the uneducated .308AR buyer. Wrong parts, don't work, can't figure out how my AR-10 doesn't work with all my AR-10 parts, - and it's an off brand cheap junk DPMS LR-308 pattern - loosely... in the first place... I love it. Principle #1. Don't trust retellers, get ahold of the original source...

I blew that pin out as soon as I received my barrel. Gone. Knock that pin towards the INSIDE of the chamber. Outwards, IN. Hit that fucker hard, too. Brownell's BCGs are ToolCraft BCGs.
