This isn't happening in AZ yet - just called Gun Pusher John and asked about it - he thought that was nuts. He did $15k today, out of his small shop - new daily record. He's almost completely out of ammo, after receiving a pallet this morning, we well as a handgun shipment this morning - handguns gone. I'm going in every night after work, just to help him pack up - because he's whipped at the end of every day. This shiit is bananas.

I'm in for your Lake City, brother. Either add it to my tab, or give me the check for it. I don't know how many LCs you have - but it kinda doesn't matter, really...

The Fulton Armory M110 barrel. Nothing else in 20" is gonna touch that, unless you spend some major bucks on a custom barrel. That's the one.
-
What you have is gonna be REALLY HARD TO TELL - until you post pictures of what you have... Lots of detailed pictures.

You give him the Hogue instead of the Ka-Bar?!

6Willbird, new wildcat large frame AR project ctg

GunTec is doing some good rails, man. I have one of those on the 12.5" Grendel. I like where this whole build is going. I think all their rails are DPMS Low Profile - and the Aero M5 set is DPMS High Profile. If that doesn't bug you, it'll be a great setup. -
Don't get me started on my Johnny Noveske Rant. He was either a visionary or clairvoyant. It cost him. Fuk that, he was a visionary, and made it happen. His clairvoyance was what they went after.

@unforgiven That's a damn good setup, right there, brother - you left a high-end blade hanging off the side of it, too. That's not a Ka-Bar, with the green G10 grips in the black sheath... Looks alot like a pretty serious Hogue knife that I have.

Are ready to bash Cheaper than Dirt again?

I think it's funny that they didn't learn from this last time around, post-Dec 2012, after Sandy Hook. Now, they're at it again?!!? They FUCKIN' SUCK ASS. Maybe this time around is what it will take to get them to go under... I hope "panickers" learn from this, and lose their ass in the process. Never had a gun, never bought ammo, actaully PAY what these dickbags are charging... and in a month or two when it's all over, they try to sell the stuff for what they paid. That's when they are gonna find out that they were screwed. Proper screwed. Unreal. Doing it again. The memes will be endless. -
My own take on the defense's defense. RED above. The US Constitution doesn't say a damn thing about protecting the lives of innocent children and adults in schools. Nothing like that in the US Constitution. This is one misguided fucker, trying to extrapolate their own "feelings and emotions" into a document that states nothing of the sort. "Feelings and emotions" needs to stop in this country. It doesn't pertain to laws, or developing laws. It doesn't pertain to interpreting laws. "Feelings and emotions" are things that have no place on governing the society of the United States of America. We were not founded on "feelings and emotions," not should we let something so petty direct the course of this nation. Once we allow that in, everything goes out the window.

Looks like the BS rammed through from Sandy Hook is getting challenged - as it should. https://www.foxnews.com/us/connecticut-gun-control-law-prompts-second-amendment-lawsuit Connecticut gun-control law prompts Second Amendment lawsuit By Dave Collins | Associated Press HARTFORD, Conn. — Gun rights supporters are suing Connecticut officials over part of a 2013 state gun control law passed after the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, saying it unconstitutionally bans people from loading more than 10 rounds of ammunition into their firearms. The lawsuit filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court cites the Second Amendment right to bear arms and the ability of people to better defend themselves with more bullets in their guns. “Law abiding gun owners in Connecticut are left more susceptible to harm or death by being limited in their means of self-defense,” Holly Sullivan, president of the Connecticut Citizens Defense League, said in a written statement. “Criminals who are intent on doing harm will not follow this same law.” The defense league, the Second Amendment Foundation and two Connecticut gun owners filed the lawsuit against Public Safety Commissioner James Rovella, state police Col. Stavros Mellekas and Chief State's Attorney Richard Colangelo Jr., none of whom were in their current jobs when the gun control law was passed. “This is a legal process, in which they were named as a result of their current position,” said Brian Foley, a top aide to Rovella, who oversees state police. “We will work through this important process, unfortunately we cannot comment further.” The U.S. Supreme Court has held that states can regulate firearms to protect public safety, said state Attorney General William Tong, whose office will defend state officials and the gun law. “Commonsense gun violence prevention measures are clearly constitutional,” Tong said in a written statement. “Reasonable limits on high capacity magazines save lives. The vast majority of the American people support — and demand — these basic public safety measures.” State officials passed some of the strictest gun control laws in the country after a gunman used an AR-15-style rifle to kill 20 young children and six educators at Sandy Hook in Newtown on Dec. 14, 2012. The laws included a ban on ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 bullets. People who owned “large capacity” magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition before the law took effect were required to notify the state Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection and were allowed to keep them, but are prohibited from putting more than 10 rounds in them. Gun control supporters say the law can save lives by limiting how many bullets a shooter can fire before having to reload. It was approved by former Gov. Dannel Malloy, a Democrat, and the Democratic-controlled legislature. But gun rights supporters say that magazines that hold more than 10 rounds are considered standard and that many firearms are not available with magazines that hold fewer than 10 rounds. “This law does nothing more than penalize law-abiding citizens while criminalizing components of handguns they own that were previously legal,” said Allan Gottlieb, founder and executive vice president of the Second Amendment Foundation, based in Bellevue, Washington. The two gun owners suing the state are Susan Ross, of East Haddam, and Domenic Basile, of Watertown, who both own handguns with magazines designed to hold more than 10 rounds. “A person with 15 rounds of ammunition available will be better able to defend himself or herself from a criminal gang, or from a drug-crazed criminal who continues attacking even after being shot, than a person who has only 10 rounds of ammunition available before they must reload their gun,” the lawsuit says. Po Murray, chairwoman of the Newtown Action Alliance, said the lawsuit should be dismissed in the interest of public safety and public health. The alliance was formed to prevent gun violence after the Sandy Hook shooting. “Assault weapons and high capacity magazines are the weapons of choice for mass shooters,” she said. “The U.S. Constitution must protect the lives of innocent children and adults in schools not the gun lobby's pursuit of profits selling weapons of war designed to efficiently kill maximum number of people.”

I'm his .260 Rem whore. But, if he finds any, you can have it. I make most of my own brass from necked-down Hornady .308 Win Match brass.
-
Nah, I bought a .243 Win bolt gun... Now, I'll take your .260, make .260, and when I run out of .260 to make, I'll neck THAT down to .243. Come to think of it, I'll probably need your 7mm-08, too. Seriously. I can neck that to .260. Or, I'm 4 rounds out of the possible 6 rounds that a .308 Win can make. I have .243 Win, .260 Rem, .308 Win, and .338 Fed. Why stop stort? Let's just get it over with and make a 7mm-08 AR, and a .358 Win AR. Complete the package. Lemme know if you run across any .358 Win, brother...

BleachBit. Hittlery swears by it.

Stay after it, brother - any work is better than no work. I've been riding the mtn bike for the last 1.5 months, in the mornings, just to work on cardio and legs. Today, I was supposed to be over in White Sands Missile Range, NM, beating the hell out of the Bataan Memorial Death March. They cancelled it two weeks ago, because of corona.
-
You know what I like, brother - keep my list going, and tell me when I have a heavy box... Might as well add that .243 Win to my list, and make sure you got me down for the 8mm Mauser. I'd down with all that stuff.

Well then, what .gov contracts do they have, and what were they "tasked to fix" for the .gov? This is the first that I've heard of this, and I'd like to know...

Here's a lapdance for @Robocop1051 on his birthday, I love this guy. I might mean that in a gay-way... I'm unsure right now...
-
Don't worry about that - he's pretty comfortable. "Snuggly" is a great description. First-hand account. Don't feed him Tequila.
-
I poke at him, but it's all love. In all honesty, there are a very, very few select people here that I've met in person - that I'd go to jail for. Rob is definitely one of them, and he's in a small crowd. He's more my brother, than my own brother is... I mean that.
-
He needed that, brother Lone Wolf... by the way, if you ever have to bunk with him, you better put one of these under your covers - you know, just in case... I saved this one - from Zack - in Vegas. I found it in MY bed, Zack put it there. I guess it was in all the beds, that were not ROB'S bed... I saved this one and laminated it, so I can use it later...

His B-Day is actually the 14th, so you squeaked that one in under the wire, by time-of-post... Happy Birthday, @Robocop1051, you corksucker... I present you with this...

Cool - but overpriced for what you're getting. Many companies do what they do - but JP caters to the RaceGun Crowd, so they charge premiums, based on what people are willing to pay. RaceGun Parts - $$$. Ever seen the difference between a RaceGun bolt, and a regular bolt? Ever seen what the RaceGun Crowd will pay for a part that says "it's better"?... Lots of companies make their bolts from the same materials, same HPT and MPI tests... the bolt is not a RaceGun part - but JP make it so, and charges a premium for it. Enjoy it.

No nightly hooker or a small jet, man? Come on,.. you gotta sell those tools for what they're really worth...
-
Yes, ever so slightly. It's enough to make a difference, though. . Since you have one, slam it in and try it, man. It'll change your ejection pattern - but it will be cool to hear how much, from a firsthand prospective.
