VOILA!!!! So first, I get the box at work... I sneak away and cut the top open just to get a look at the goodies - and the box starts to split down one side!!! I run and grab the tape gun, tape that sucker back up, and slid it under my bench. It was a shiitshow at work, busy as hell, and after the end of the day, I'm 15 minutes away from work - and realized I forgot the damn box of brass! I got it home the next day, and got into everything - and got the smaller bags out first. They were on top. We got: .300 Win Mag, 7mm-08, 45-70, 8mm Mauser, .243 Win, and Factory .300BLK brass. Okay, so with that out of the box, it doesn't feel any lighter... I open the trash bags - and it's a PILE of LC primed .308 Win brass! I realized right away that I needed to get this into another container, so I head to the garage to get hands-on a large ammo can. It was a can for 7.62 linked, 1500-round can. One of those big ones! All this brass almost has that can half full. I don't need any .308 Win brass for a looooong time - and this stuff will rival my stash of Hornady Match brass. So, initially, when Dion posted this stuff, I fired in here right away and said "I'll take the Lake City, brother!" Then I send him a PM... "Hey man, how much do you have?..." He tells me back, "Oh, probably about 700~800." So, I'm thinking okay, that's over $100 easy, but I told him I'd take it, so I'll do it. Then he send me another PM, and says, "Hey man - I have alot more than I thought - probably about 1100 of these things..." So, I'm thinking, alright... You said you'd take it, so you're taking it... When he did the final count, I told him just to throw all the other stuff in there that he was hanging onto for me, and we'll do the biggest batch I've bought yet... Can't thank you enough, @dpete - you rock, brother!

Fuk PSA, then. Right in the neck. That was already my opinion of them, from way back when, when they couldn't figure out how to make a functional .308AR. Oh, and LOOK, they STILL can't make a functional .308AR. Shocked... If they're really panic-ing ammo prices like that, then they've changed status with me, personally. Before, they were "Make America Great!" but built the cheapest guns possible to make money - and crushed it in the AR15 market. They were soup-sandwich on the .308AR Land, and couldn't build a reliable gun to save their own asses, on a sinking ship. They SUCK at .308ARs, and still don't know why their own shiit doesn't even work right. So... NOW?! You can't be serious here... They're now gouging ammo prices because of Corona?! This is too good to be true...

I was working on a buddy's Jeep, custom gauges he wanted, so we went all AutoMeter liquid filled gauges. I reversed his gas gauge wires. He was pissed. He JUST filled his tank, and it was Empty. He was calling for days, and I wouldn't answer - on purpose. He was bitching, crying, whining, leaving messages... Telling me his Jeep was empty - but he just filled it. But, it was Empty, and he was still driving it, Empty... I waited about 3 days, and called him back. I told him that "E means ENOUGH, and F means FUCKED..." He didn't think it was funny - until he thought about it... It was a Dick Move, I know - but it was funny... I do shiit like that to friends...

I'm damn near Clairvoyant As Fuk. I looked at it and knew. Their page shows a collapsible stock, fully closed against the castle nut. You can't do that with the AR-10 Carbine receiver extension - it doesn't close against the castle nut -but 5/8" back - because the AR-10 Carbine Receiver Extension is 5/8" longer than the AR15 Carbine Receiver Extension. That pic they have on their page, of the rifle that you have, shows that they are using an AR15 Carbine Receiver Extension, simply because they show a picture of that rifle, with the collapsible stock fully close, on the castle nut. Plus, they directly state that they use DPMS-based parts. See the pic below, that you linked vvv So, it's either that, or I'm a genius - and I'm pretty far from being a genius, man. I'm just observant, and this is the reason I ask for pics, or links to specific products, when people are talking about gun problems... That took me to your shopping cart - and it pulled up my cart, which has no items in it. You'll have to link the product, not your cart... That rifle receiver kit won't work with a collapsible stock, correct. Only a fixed stock.

I have to find that book - that's gonna be my Secret Santa gift this coming Christmas... Oh, and for the record - I'm not afraid of them, it just really sucks to have to fight one...

They're running the AR15 carbine receiver extensions on those, so the buffers have to be the 2.500" long buffers, and not AR-10 Carbine/AR15 Carbine H3 buffers at 3.250" long. KAK makes a shorty heavy carbine buffer that comes in at 5.3oz. Get a Sprinco Orange spring in that thing, too. That's a really good way to straighten out an AR15 carbine extension on a .308AR. That's step 1 - getting the recoil system straight. Midlength gas on a 16" barrel - I'll dig up some info on gas port diameter, but off the top of my head, I think it's 0.070" port size that you'll need. If I can't find it, I'll crunch numbers and come up with a port size range that will work right. Once you get back, look at where your gas tube ends, in the upper receiver - it should end in the center of the cam pin cutout in the upper. EDIT - I couldn't find anything on Stag's website about this statement: Can you find that part on Stag's site, and link it in here?

When I get sliced by this sloppy work, I usually want to get the person that did it, grab their hand, and shove it where I had to shove my hand, to fix their "coolant leak" or whatever it is... I want to shove their hand in there to get to the shiit that I had to get to - and slice them open, right back... "Oh, WOW! That FUCKIN' SUCKS, DOESN'T IT?!!? STOP TRYING TO DO YOUR OWN WIRING, YOU FUCKIN' IDIOT!!!" You getting enough Iron? - You're bleeding pretty bad. You want a Band-Aid for that?...
