You know she's gonna see this one day - and she's gonna go all THIS WAY on you, brother...
  3. What?!
  4. My 150gr FMJ-BT loads are very accurate at 300 yards, at MOA or just under, through the 16" gun. Gotta know the drop on them, though. I don't know if they'd be as accurate through the 8" gun or not, but this is definitely worth testing out now. The 8" is irons only, so it'll take some "figuring out" for the drop, but I'll put the scope from the 16" on it and see what it does. That's about all I load for Blackout, so I don't know how different ammo will perform. I need to try out some lighter stuff and see how far it will go, accurately.

    You evil bastard...
  6. Looks like Tactical Machining sells many of those to vendors - might be worth contacting them on specific parts. I'd bet they are the Matrix pattern, from the looks of them.
  7. Curious to hear what you bought, specifically. That will determine what parts you hunt for. Welcome aboard.
  8. I like that - once I cook them down. There wouldn't be much to drain anyway. I'm ALMOST there on those beans, too, and the whole thing is close!....
  9. Right on - more power to the boss.
  10. It's amazing, brother. Amazing. Here's the chili stock right now - black beans are almost ready to add in there, but not quite yet. This is unreal...

Yes. I did. It served me well, too.
  12. How the hell do you shoot this from an AR15 with a .308-based case? It's like a 300BLK on steroids... I'm interested...
  13. Eugene, would you be interested in making a few more? I'd be in for about 4 or 6, lemme know what it would cost.
  14. WTF is that, brother?!...
  15. @Alan Waters, this is happening right now, brother... I fired up the tomatoes first, added all the seasonings (minus onions), while I browned the ground chuck. That combination of spices if out of this world, man... I diced the onions and got them in there, and the browning chuck was ready at that point. Tossed it in there, and it was a THICK combination... so I added a full beer. The black beans are on now, and as soon as they're ready, I'll add them to the crock pot. This is a great combo, man, and I'm damn glad you posted it.
  16. Nice! That's pretty damn cool, man!

If we can get Doc to bring over a roadkill Armadillo, will you cook it? I'll eat that bastard out of personal vengeance.
  18. You didn't have to watch the whole thing, brother!...
  19. Since he went Crusty, we need to get some Huevos 5 in there, too, brother, Colorado Project... KE - Fixation on the Darkness... Might as well throw down something WAY different, and get some Jurrasic 5 in here, too, from Huevos 11... Skip to 1:06:38 for the Bomb Shelter session, and Jurrasic 5. Yard Sale at 1:03:30 is worth watching, too - it's badass...
  20. That's a screamin' deal on that...
  21. Ministry live will blow you away. Saw those fuckers in '93 with Anthrax. Damn, what a show. OTEP crushed this one:
  22. Nice to see it come back to the school system. 'Bout time.
  23. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!!!!!
  24. Just to keep all the receiver extension info in one searchable place, in addition to the one above, these are also known, proven, receiver extensions from reputable manufacturers. Internal depth of these extensions is 7 5/8". 1. Armalite AR-10 Carbine Receiver extension, Armalite Part number: 10207025 (The entire receiver extension kit from Armalite is Part number: AR10REKIT01,and it's much cheaper than sourcing the parts individually) 2. VLTOR Part number: RE-PA5, which is a pistol receiver extension - would be used on the short-barreled Big AR Pistol you intend to build... 3. VLTOR Part number RE-10/A5SR, which is a 6-position Carbine receiver extension. 4. VLTOR Part number RE-A5, which is a 7-position Carbine receiver extension. 5. Magpul® Enhanced Receiver Extension – SR25/M110, which is a 10-position Carbine receiver extension. 6. BCM Intermediate Receiver Extension (A5 Buffer Tube). Everything in this thread right now, to this point (with Rob's extension in the first post) are all verified at 7 5/8" internal depth, and all will operate in place of the Armalite AR-10 Carbine Receiver Extension on a .308AR, or interchange into the VLTOR A5 System for small-frame ARs (this is almost all I run on the Grendels).
  25. I like the profile pic, brother - looks just like you... I need to get you down here to shoot, man...
