My buddy did the OTC hemp oil, like for salad dressing as a substitute for olive oil, whilest undergoing treatment for prostate cancer. His doctors were amazed at his recovery but he has no proof that the hemp oil helped.

Now his buddies he smoked with got the positive.......this was back in the 80's so maybe the tests are more accurate now but I've seen them not work.I took prescription Marinol, it is a synthetic THC I was told. It was given for nausea and didn't really work all that well. It gave me a "not negative" result on UA's. They would then test me again and want details on any medications I was taking. They told me a more in depth test the second time confirmed it was marinol and not pot.
