My Dealings With Fulton Armory

well i thought i was just going to pay about 350 bucks and get a barrel shipped to me like you would expect from a good company. well that didn't happen. I gave Fulton Armory my correct address, and then they shipped it the wrong address even though i told them to ship it to my correct address about 3 times. after i told them they shipped it to the wrong address they fuckin charged my credit card ANOTHER 330 BUCKS! for nothing. about 700 dollars was paid and i NEVER RECIEVED A BARREL! on top of that they are ignoring my email. fulton, i know you're on here, and if you're reading this then fornicate you, you pieces of poop. refund the last charge on my credit card and please send a new barrel to my correct address this time.

Sounds like a pretty good screw up. I would be a little embarrassed if I were the guy sending it. 

 

What's the scoop with the different addresses.?  I've never had to be clear to a company about what my correct address was, especially not 3 times before they shipped it. Is there some sort of mixup that you knew might cause a problem?  None of that would justify a second billing or lack of proper response from a company, but the way you mention it makes it seem like there is something else going on at the same time. 

 

Try to spend a little time on the phone. Time is something none of us have right now, but it's your best chance of getting this cleared up. I hope things straighten out quick for you and I am sure Fulton will make it right. 

 

In in your dealings with them, I would try to remain calm and lose the swearing. It's understandable you're upset, but you will get nowhere with "fcuk you, you pieces of $hit".

Yes sounds like there might be somthing your leaving out? Also I don't think Fulton is on here I did a quick search you may have mistaken them for faxon? Who has been nothing but great here from what I've seen.

like the others said dial them up be professional, it'll help smooth the operation

I told them my correct address 3 times, the dude goes to the post office and they tell him they're going to change the address from what I told him, and he shipped it anyways! They got the zip code entirely wrong and the barrel is in another town

 

They are responding to my emails now, but it looks like it isn't going to go anywhere and they told me I have to deal with the post office.

I confused them with criterion, which is the barrel I ordered from fulton

If they effed up the shipping then they should be all over making it right. Why the hell is the post office changing the address anyways?  That's kinda confusing. Hope it's resolved quickly and please follow up with the final resolution. If others in the company figured out how to correct it, don't let one guy give their name a black eye.  For the most, I have had good dealings with Fulton and only heat good things. Everyone gets one wrong occasionally though.

i'm getting a refund now that that aren't ignoring my emails. i understand an honest mistake but them ignoring what i was telling them for days made it worst when someone else got my match grade barrel for free.

that's good. It's a busy ef'n time of year right now. I've made it a goal to try shopping with vet owned companies as much as possible for Christmas. I had a similar situation, ordered November 29 they DM me on Instagram and thank me numerous times awesome coms tell me it'll ship this date, they'll get me tracking ASAP. Then they fell off the grid, 3 weeks I've sent numerous dm's and emails and what not. Finally got a response last night totally apologizing for being silent, they're slammed. One thing to take in mind is most these places are small operations, lots of places the same guy who processes your order, boxes ships and also answers the phone/emails, Small time operations. I'd be willing to be they weren't ignoring you.
