Get to drive right through the line of storms on the way. The leading edges of it are already hitting the Longview/Tyler area but they're so wide that they're still in Dallas area too.

Gator Monroe Posted April 20, 2016 Report Posted April 20, 2016 Saw Fist sized Hail Chunks in Honey Grove and Caddo Mills/Greenville in past ,A golf ball sized hailstorm pummeled my Grand Cherokee (After it was struck by Lightning and Alarm System was fried ) while visiting Family in Coppell a few years back.

It was a dark and windy night here Wed. Night and early Thursday morning. Storm hit around 0300 2.5 inches of rain added to the five inches we had the day before , high winds we lost a large 18" cedar elm tree it split into several pieces about 10 ' up. Luckily it didn't fall on a building. or fence. Both rivers are in flood stage and a couple of county roads are closed Every one is safe and dry in our beds tonight.

This forum is unique in that everyone is willing to help one another no matter what the subject. This one being a problem with the sight in one eye. A knowledgeable man that took the time to give me the straight dope. Another one of many I hope to meet some day soon. 13 weeks for the fun tour to start.

Armed Eye Doc Posted February 12, 2017 Report Posted February 12, 2017 It was great to talk to you Rene. This forum is the closest to my biological family that I have been around. If anyone has an eye care issue, I will do my best to give you my best opinion on the situation. I don't know everything, but I know to recommend more help when it is over my head.
