So for the better part of four days I have tried to educate myself in AR/LR building. God I do not even know how many total building assembly videos I have watched.

I Feel that I was dished,  and made out to be stupid.  But no matter no problems. CHEERRS!

I have now procured all the necessary tools to totally disassemble my LR-308. Every bolt , nut, screw, roll pin, springs and so on.  Then rebuild it ground up. Good training right.

Currently, I am looking at MEGA matched upper/lower. SSA trigger and Magpul PRS. The rest is still up in the air.

Hope we can help you spend some of your money!:banana:Good to have the tools bought up, I had to take several pauses building to wait for tools. Hell I just picked up some 308 headspace gauges of my own tonight!

What part is next?

Well I don't want to screw, do or tattoo every one in the room, but I have to learn to disassemble totally, and reassemble a working weapon as it is now.

NP, I got this!!!

I am a retired gunsmith with 30 years owning a shop but didn't work on or shoot anything of AR persuasion till a couple years ago when I got the black rifles"itch" . I bought a Panther arms LR308. Came over to this site and read up and studied up on the rifle, that I knew was a shooter. Tore it down, measured, cleaned, polished and boresighted shot different ammo tuned and familiarizing before making mods, two custom triggers buffers and springs.  I wouldn't start a new build with knowing how a working acceptable shooting rifle is put together correctly.
