Gun Store Owner Shoots Gunman in Attempted Robbery

There was an incident in Tucson in the early 1990s, very similar.  Two teens went into John's Gun Shop, tiny little hole in the wall, to try and rob it.

John dropped them both right there in the little shoebox.

A friend at the time said "Man, how stupid do you have to be to try and rub a gun shop?"

Bwahahahaha!!! I love it! The old guy had his poop together for sure, the younger guy not so much. Old age and cunning trumps youth and enthusiasm every time, not that the young guy showed any enthusiasm for handling the situation. If he's not family I would be letting his ass go and find an employee that has some idea how to gunfight!

I thought that, too, brother - hands up immediately. Old guy drops Bad Guy #1 (closest threat first), Bad Guy #2 hauls as much ass as he can haul, and THEN the gun comes out from the younger worker...  Even if he was family, he'd get sent to some training.

Hard to say if the young one was even armed or not , I tried looking at the video to see if he may have been carrying concealed or not , hard to tell . There looks like he could of had a concealed holster on his right side , but if he wasn't armed at the time , he should have been .

I would give him the benefit of the doubt that if he wasn't armed at the time & had to pick up or grab & load a firearm . I don't think any sane person would do anything differently ( if unarmed ) in that situation.

I guess there could be some couch commando's that would say they would kill them with all with their bare hands , because they don't need no stinking gun .:laffs:
