Do some digging into these two companies, one is a shell for a billionaire gun grabber In 2006 it was sold for $70 million to Cerberus Capital Management (the parent owner of Remington). I just assumed they were hoping to corner the market before they dropped the hammer. Jokes on them since the 2008 and 2012 gunpocalypse had the opposite effect and cause a huge surge in AR manufacturers. Losing the giants like colt/dpms/bushmaster wont have too much impact. California School teachers union absolutely RUINED the Timken roller bearing company, RUINED it. I can't blame Timmy and Jane Timken,nope bottom line boardroom.
