Looks like a cut I really would want to smoke for just the three of us, me , wife and Sunshine the wide body Chihuahua. for several meals. planeflyer21
that's my favorite Jack in the box commercial. When our girl was about 4, Jack came out with the midgets singing about mini sirloin burgers. Nothing like having that sung and stuck in your head all day.You mean something like dis? angus? Auditorily is better! Edited January 28, 2016 by planeflyer21

mrmackc
This is a great day for grilling! Chicken breasts, baked taters and corn on the cob. A bowl of Blue Bell and a cup of Folgers and that will end up a mighty fine day. I been making targets and frames today.

DNP
Rain. Did chickens last night. Came out a little bland. One rubbed with oakridge pork/chicken sitting on a Saint Archer IPA with a little tequila in it the other with salt/pepper/garlic powder and onion powder sitting on Saint Archer IPA. Moist birds...just no penetration of flavor. Try again soon.

shepp
@DNP the thing about chicken/poultry is you need to get the seasoning under the skin or it won't penetrate
