So hanging out at our favorite dive bar late at night in the summer Charlie's brother goes flying down the street, residential cars parked on both sides of the street. Kid is going to entertain us by yanking on the emergency brake getting his Pinto to do a series of doughnuts in the middle of the street without hitting anything much to our amusement. Back in the day when neighborhood bars were able thing. Good times :banana:  before anyone realized it was a rolling gas bomb as was 64 Mustang that my wife once had. Pre seat belts was a time.

I actually ordered a '73 Pinto Wagon.  One of the best little cars I've owned.  The wagon configuration mitigated the gas tank thing....a little....maybe.  Ran like the proverbial top otherwise and we traded it for an LTD Wagon as the family grew.
