USO moved to the Carolinas a while back, and Arnold with them. He was introduced to the team today and I spoke with him for a few minutes in his office at the end of the shift, and invited him to come shooting sometime, seems like a pretty cool guy. He likes fast cars and boats, and has some pretty cool toys, and of course is a long range shooting enthusiast....

I showed him my challenge coin this morning, his eyebrows shot up and he said "You weren't joking when you said ELR, shooting past 2900 takes some doing and you're in a very small group having done it." Then he fist bumped me, smiled, and we both went to work.

Me: Uh, yeah.... *somewhat puzzled* Him: "Do you know how I know you're a long range shooter?" *I make a terrible, dumb guess* Him(laughing): "No, I googled the new CEO and your name pops up as one of the first results, some thread about your challenge coin or something.... How far have you shot exactly?" Me: "2,960 yards, roughly." Him(Engineer & Avid Hunter): *math processing look* Me(laughing): "1 mile + 1200 yards" Him: *wowed look* If you're still watching B, hi.

Well, brace yourself for your very own T&E on 3520 yards, My Brother, at the end of March. Show up motivated and ready to go. Tell your buddy to run that math - because we're doing it. Fall Shoot will never be the same anymore. The Gamers can run the 1 Mile KYL, and that's badass by itself, but their guns can't dial past 2900 yards, spare a few yards more over that Those guns running that one at 2900 last year won't go 2 miles... 3520 is a definite No-Go for those ones... Brace for impact. It's inevitable, and it's coming. 2 miles is already a done deal, bring heavy hardware, clean panties, your spare toothbrush, spare underwear when you Shart yourself, and a smile on your face for when you fail... There's only a couple guns that will even do this, amongst the crowd right now. We know who we are. 😍
