I would also think his fine would be cheaper than a new wheel...that poop can be expensive! If you've ever looked to replace one stock wheel on your car with another one that actually looks like the rest...you know that. 3.) Good for him anyways. I like the Arizona HOA story better though. If I find it I will come back with a link for those who have never read that one...where the guy rolls his car into the garage and offers to let them get their boot back if they want it.

unforgiven Posted March 31, 2013 Report Posted March 31, 2013 Used to be here if you let some of the air out boot comes off.Now they have a scanner that points out boot winners.Now they go thru parking garages to find the lucky winner.You mess with the boot here Chi-town area fines and penalties go up exponentially.
shepp Posted March 31, 2013 Report Posted March 31, 2013 im thinking its a fake. not that ive seen alot of boots but the one ot two i have seen, they cover the lugs and on the bottom i looks like hte lugs have been covered also, but i may be wrong.
