Battle Arms Dev
The ETP and EPP project is complete, we're close to releasing them commercially, hopefully in the next few weeks. What are ETP and EPP? We wanted to create a set of pins that are easier to push in and pull out, all without making the pins protrude unacceptably. A take down pin that sticks out a great deal may be easier to pull out, it creates an obstacle for the ambidextrous selector lever on the right. More details will be forthcoming. The project was delayed a bit as we were adding yet another feature to the EPP. On the ETP alone, there are four changes, on the EPP, there are five. Pictures of production ETP and EPP, there still is one detail we have not revealed on the EPP ;) The ETP is even lower in profile than the factory pin. Robocop1051
Damn it all. Another part I am going HAVE to have. I was just bitching about my ETP getting in the way of my right side selector switches. Having extended pins are a must or my .308 AR. Since I installed the LAW folding stock adapter, I must completely separate the receivers in order to breakdown my rifle. Improving this design How can I talk you into a stainless model... For my .308!
edgecrusher
As usual Roger, I will have to place another large order with you! Are you going to go public with stock options soon, I need to fund a way to buy more !

Battle Arms Dev
Robo, we'll be making them in stainless steel as well, just because they look so cool :) We will be making a .308 version, but it may be a while as we're hammering out our receivers and other projects. These prototypes are not in stainless steel, but 12L14 in the white, but the SS version shouldn't look too different. Re: stocks, the stock options we'll offer, when our receivers are released, will be B5 Bravo, SOPMOD, Vltor and Magpul ;) Edited August 29, 2013 by Battle Arms Dev

Battle Arms Dev
We've decided to include two springs and two detents with the pin sets. As there are variables at play, at least we can eliminate two of them, the third variable is the receiver, namely, the depth of the receiver's spring/detent hole depth for the pivot pin :)

Even if they're not colored, I can always break out the rattle can. Edited September 22, 2013 by Robocop1051
