Brownells has the Tactical Machining stripped AR15 lowers on sale for $77.99. I just got one of these a short while back and am in the process of building a rifle on it right now. Mine is very well made and I would definitely buy another one for my next project!

TM is not far from me . I have a dedicated 300 Blackout set I used to build my 300BLK rifle & a couple of there flat top uppers on other rifles, including a 308 upper .  They have a good product  .IMO

TM and Aero Precision are my two "GO TO" companies now. Especially now that AP makes an ambidextrous receiver. Why pay more?

Don't get me wrong. I love my Mega Arms receivers. They are super sexy! Although, I only bought them for the ambi features. I've already debated hanging up my Mega stuff for a more utilitarian AP build.

I'm sitting here trying to figure out how I can get another lower by the wife. She DID say something about building HER a rifle! :auto:

Sounds like you "almost" got the green light then. At 78 bucks per lower. Shouldn't be a problem. Now, of course, I say that being long separated from my old lady.

I have the opposite problem - she already has hers picked out, it will HAVE to be built on the Battle Arms lower (after she touched the prototype), she knows what parts she wants on it...  And it's not D-O-N-E yet...  <lmao>

You can modify any AR15 lower to run that AP ambi catch, brother.  <thumbsup>

All you need to do is bring the channel all the way to the right side of the lower.
