geistacwm Posted November 12, 2013 Report Posted November 12, 2013 (edited) Greets gentlemen. Been shooting for over a decade and building my own hardware for most of that time. I'm passionate about green living, self sustainability, and DIY everything. I reside in both Oregon and San Diego where I have an off grid home. Happy to find a site dedicated to 308 and a reliable resource for upcomming builds. Hopefully, I will be able to contribute in addition to finding info. Thanks for the warm welcome! Geistacwm. DNP Posted November 12, 2013 Report Posted November 12, 2013 Welcome from San Diego. Looking forward to hearing about some of your projects!
geistacwm Posted November 12, 2013 Author Report Posted November 12, 2013 (edited) Thanks guys. I've had a Novy n6 lower for years now and am only now getting to it. Attempting to replicate a gun I built for a friend. Specs as follows: Arma chrome lined medium weight middy( hacked to 14") Babc pinned. JP adjustable GB with port work. Novy SWS 10" rail Car10 buffer setup/ TI sling mount. KAC sights Sopmod/magpul plastics. Probably a cerakote job in sniper gray. Glass/dot is TBD. Possibly a T1. Should be a shooter, once the quirks are ran out. I also have a poor mans emc type rifle brewing. I'll post some build threads if and when they gain traction. Edited November 12, 2013 by geistacwm
