Have you guys seen this process? It looks pretty freaking wild, check it out on youtube. A buddy of mine is getting into it, saw his shotgun forend he did, looks awesome. He's been trying it on a bunch of things, and it's working out very well.

I'm giving him some AR parts to dip, I'll post pics when they're done.

I've thought about trying it but I'm afraid that whatever I choose will look like a fad past it's expiration date in ten years.

I stick with basic black, stainless or nickel, depending on the firearm.

I don't like the skulls and all the designs I think that is all a fad, however camo never dies I'd like to do a camo pattern

So, my buddy is done dipping my parts. He had some issues with his first tank, so this has taken a while. I gave him $25 for his materials, but he wouldn't take payment.

Keep in mind, I'll probably just keep this look for fun, certainly not a home defense carbine.
