Char insisted that we go for a hunt opening day...so its almost here I rented a u-haul trailer to carry all her hunting clothes and weapons <lmao> looks like we will be hunting in shorts though highs 70's lows 50's im going to try and video of her shooting her first buck...ought to be fun they are covered up in turkeys...besides us..... :) Wash

I saw Char countin out bills and stashing them tonite....told her dont be shootin anything your purse cant handle....she had that look in her eyes...the 6.8 is gonna smoke one..and my visa card too....crap! :) Wash
shepp Posted October 30, 2014 Report Posted October 30, 2014 I've butchered deer right after the kill and after they've hung for days I guess I've never noticed a difference?? But do get that thing iced down and cooled off asap if it's going to be that warm. Of course your going out opening day it's the best hunting! Tell char good luck! And good luck to you buddy!!! I'm going "bow hunting" next week for the first time next weekend. It's now legal to use a cross bow here even with out a handicap and my buddy has an extra one so he's going to let my barrow it.
