  1. You hoarder!
  2. Happy First Contact Day @Rsquared. Only 42 years to go. LLAP
  3. We are going to need much more detail to make recommendations. What parts do you have currently? What caliber are you looking for? Any preference on length/profile? What's your budget? That should get it started. Others will likely have more questions. Also, stop by and start an intro thread to let us know about yourself. https://forum.308ar.com/forum/22-introductions/
  4. That is sound logic. I will see what comes up in the fall.
  5. Thanks for the clarification. I should have included that. And, damn it, I plan to be there too.
  6. Which ones are coming to the fall shoot?
  7. Godspeed for you and your brethren. Be safe Greg.
  8. Damn, that looks great Rene
  9. I smoked a pork loin.
  10. You can put anything up for sale. You have to post pictures of the actual product you are selling, not links to the product page.
  11. They are Berdan primed. That means they are 99.99% likely to be new ammo. Although not impossible, they are hard to reload.
  12. Awesome! It's always nice to hear the follow up.
  13. While we wait for him to burn $20 in gas to get a picture of stupidly high gas prices, here is a video intermission.
  14. A standard BCG and a 5.4oz buffer is the right combo for most 308ARs. You need to replace the mass that is missing from your lightweight BCG. One option is to replace you receiver extension with one that is 7 5/16" and get the xh buffer and spring listed under 308 here. https://heavybuffers.com/xhcar.html
  15. Target Sports was good. They seem to have joined with the group going higher than they need to when they actually have product. Is steel cased 9mm worth 80¢ a round?
  16. Feel free to post any good or bad experiences. CTD need not be mentioned. It goes without saying.
  17. While many firearm related companies are just trying to maximize their profits right now, SGAmmo.com seems to be doing things the right way. Their prices are higher than they used to be, but not to what I consider excessive. I ordered some 77gr 223 ammo from them for about $25/box. I placed my order on Tuesday at 11:15PM and it was delivered today at 1:21PM. 38 hours and 6 minutes from order to delivery. It only had to go a few hundred miles, but many companies can't get an email out in that time, much less the product. They have made me want to look at them first when I am ordering. Sometime, the ammo and firearm crises will be over.🙏 Then will be the time to remember the companies that did it right and those who charged as much as they could because they could. Those "new gun owners" will not be the ones looking to buy 2 and 3 cases of ammo in a couple of years. They will have most of the same box they bought at $1/rd for 9mm when they got the gun.
  18. This is not too bad for one person. At least it is recognizable.
  19. Welcome from Texas.
  20. A PSA10
  21. If you can take the upper apart, you should go ahead and measure the gas port. That has been another reliability issue they have had.
  22. As @shooterrex said, you need to get a PSA lower. All of the parts that go in there don't have to be from them. Definitely don't waste your money on their recoil system. It is the most common problem with their complete rifles.
  23. Welcome to the forum.
