  1. Here is an article I read in a magazine I read. It describes the difference between observant people and the oblivious. The basic premise is that the observant are trained from a young age to not only think as a predator, but to put yourself in the position of potential prey so that you are aware of the entire environment around you and not solely focused on the prize. Sorry that they are pictures, but I cannot scan them at the moment.
  2. It could be worse. Ask @sketch.
  3. I still don't need it. I just saw an opportunity and had to poke the gorilla.
  4. How about this one? What the hell is this thing for anyway?
  5. This is the only picture I have at the moment.
  6. Those are words of experience. I must have shot it with light loads. I do not remember the pain after shooting it.
  7. Since I can't see the picture, I don't know whether to laugh or be pissed off. Just to cover my bases, I put one of these and one of these.
  8. They are getting more expensive, but here is some. https://www.sportsmansoutdoorsuperstore.com/products2.cfm/ID/251056
  9. That is a sharp looking firearm.
  10. I have seen it happen. I probably did it a time or two
  11. Damn that looks good.
  12. Shipping was fast as well. I had them within a week.
  13. Thanks @Magwa for posting the link to their targets. They are very well made and heavy! The 8 inch hexagonal targets are 5.7 pounds each. The T-post hangers are 2.35 pounds a piece. All told, I the box I received was almost 100 pounds. It's no wonder that UPS delayed the shipping 2 days in a row. No one wanted to carry it to the door. They said the 10 target kit came with 5 hangers so I got another 5. Well, I ended up with 10 targets and 15 hangers. I don't know if their website is wrong or if they sent me too many hangers, but I think I need another 5 targets. Here is a pic of one target and hanger with a charging handle for size comparison. Too damn heavy to lift.
  14. I agree. I am stoked to get it.
  15. I called and made my payment today.
  16. I posted in the 6mm general knowledge thread that PSA has some ammo available at the moment, at least they did when I first posted. https://palmettostatearmory.com/hornady-match-108-gr-eld-6mm-arc-ammunition-20-rounds-81608.html?
  17. Anybody in need of ammo for their (future) build, PSA has the 108g ELD version in stock as of now for $25.99. https://palmettostatearmory.com/hornady-match-108-gr-eld-6mm-arc-ammunition-20-rounds-81608.html @98Z5V @DayWalker @willbird @RedRiverII
  18. You know you wanted that sight anyway. You should be thanking me for calling you on the rule.

  20. Welcome from Texas.
  21. @Rsquared you still looking for Mk12 Mod 0? Maybe not original but it "creates the look of the original mark 12 Mod 0 rifle." https://www.dvor.com/precision-reflex-gen-ii-mark-12-mod-0-retro-carbon-fiber-rifle-length-forearm.html?promotion=handguards-and-forends-55-2020-08-20
