They do not include a barrel nut because some people will put it on a receiver other than AP. They can work with Armalite pattern receivers if you choose the correct barrel nut. According to what I read on their site, that is an additional $20 when purchased from Aero. If you have an M5E1, you do not need the barrel nut.

Welcome to the forum @SKY_Soldier. You would have better luck by starting your own thread with a full list of parts and questions. In general, a standard gas block will work fine with a properly balanced gas vs. recoil system. You mentioned a possibility of a suppressor. That is the one condition that usually will require an adjustable gas block.
