  1. If he has the .308 PRS it will clear.
  2. One of the guys that goes to the church I go to does that, makes about 5x what he was making as a SWAT instructor.
  3. They should be okay to fire. After firing them they will be fireformed to your chamber, you should anneal them at that point to make them last longer.
  4. Midwest industries sights only take two hands to deploy if I do both at the same time.
  5. I would recommend a rifle length gas system instead of mid length. The .308 has plenty of volume and pressure to operate with a rifle length gas tube on an 18 inch barrel.
  6. My take on it is that I prefer the RR 5.56 over the DPMS, but I prefer the DPMS .308 over the RR
  7. I think so too. And this thread is three pages :cookoo:
  8. I prefer the commercial extensions because they have more adjustment positions.
  9. Rock River makes pink stocks also, their Operator CAR stock is good.
  10. I put one on a 16" barreled .308AR, with a bull barrel, it is a short heavy rifle. Made it balance better.
  11. Perjury applies to testimony, as in court or when you file your income taxes. Identity theft would apply if they are stealing someone else's name, not just claiming to be something they are not. Every time restrictions are made that reduce rights it becomes easier to argue for more restrictions to reduce rights even more.
  12. As a counter argument the First Amendment does protect free speech, including lying.
  13. Neither of the local Walmart's carry Gold Medal Match
  14. Abraham Lincoln said the same thing once. These days all it takes to be considered a dangerous radical is to say the same things the founders of this country would say.
  15. Rage virus ? The incidents are spreading outward. I have never seen or heard of a case of the munchies that bad.
  16. Autopsy shows that it was not bath salts, the only drug he had in him was marijuana. http://miami.cbslocal.com/2012/06/27/medical-examiner-causeway-cannibal-not-high-on-bath-salts/
  17. The only down side to the BAD-ASS is that you will end up buying them for all your AR's
  18. That is when it is time to increase the clearance. My intention was to say that if the bullet is rubbing the feedramp, then there is not enough clearance. Some people stop when the bullet rubs smoothly, instead of when it does not touch.
  19. In the DPMS the magazine catch is the same part number for either. Just when I was getting Badger levers for my charging handles they start making these.
  20. I have not tried them, some things that Midway sells as their house brands are good and some are not. I'm becoming a fan of Criterion barrels, Fulton Armory sells them.
  21. Before you rebarrel the .243 you might try firelapping it, since it will still work as a jack handle or tomato stake if that does not work. Unless you really want another caliber ?
  22. J.M.B. designed the feedramp to be clearance, not a guide. It was designed for the US Army, who were using FMJ bullets, I doubt there were hollowpoint pistol bullets over 100 years ago.
  23. Exactly, Last time I checked treason still carries the death penalty.
  24. Isn't that why you did all that work ? To hide the bunker?
  25. If you do not get feeding problems do not mess with the feedramp, bullets are not meant to actually touch it.
