  1. Ambidextrious Mega Arms Maten receiver set. I'm asking $650 total for the receiver set, 4 magpul pmags and the dpms bolt carrier w/ bolt that was originally built in the upper receiver. I believe that there was little over 500rds fired when the gun was built, the set is in very good condition. The past couple of months it just has been sitting in the safe, I intended on another build but lost interest. I was looking hard into a 260 remington build for the platform but then found the wildcat caliber 22-243win, in which again thought about for the 308ar platform. But I think my best interest would be that of a bolt gun for what I want to do, a lot more freedom when reloading my ammo for the bolt rifle. I would seriously consider trading for a rem700 sps rifle, match grade rem700 based receiver group or even a billet matched ar15 set by mega arms w/ mags bolt and etc. LMK what you think, I am not willing to separate these items at this time. To note I will leave the jp enterprise collar(handware included) and nut attached if wanted, but if not desired I will not lower the price when removing that item. If left a replacement tube costs $90 for a rifle length(12") handguard. I had a 15" handguard on there but it went to my ar15 build. http://www.jprifles.com/buy.php?item=JPHG-RCR-L
  2. Welcome from Florida.
  3. There is some decent info in the link provided, A friend of mine at work purchased a sig 716 pistol with the 12.5" barrel. I suggested to him that he have a BE meyers 7.62 flash hider pinned whilst pending approval from the ATF. http://68forums.com/forums/showthread.php?48573-12-5-quot-308 There was a guy on ar15.com who pinned the BE to a 12.5" 300blk and it brought it to the legal length of 16". http://www.weaponoutfitters.com/be-meyers-240f.html
  4. No, can't say that I am interested in your items. Thank you though. I am going to keep the gas block, MODS would you please lock the thread. Gas Block withdrawn.
  5. 200rds 9mm w/147gr lead projo on top of 3.2 universal and 100rd .223 55gr nosler on top of 24gr of imr4064. Never tried the imr4064 w/ 5.56/223, can't wait to see how it does.

  7. 3:09min, lol
  8. 392, I have been looking into this hard for the last year or so. NFA poop really intimidates me though as far as paperwork goes. Here are some links I hope can help you. http://www.silencertalk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=130461 http://www.silencertalk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=81439 The one link isn't an sd tactical tube, but there is a lot of good info in tharrrr!!!
  9. Alot of those builds of his reminded me of weapons from the game "Fallout". Especially the PPSH and AK pdw.
  10. Brand new in box, I was going to build an A2 20" and then decided not to. Upper receiver will come with a forward assist group and dust cover parts, these have not been installed. No rear sight group included. $70 shipped
  11. Looks great, badass KISS rifle.

  13. Good start, looking forward to the finished gun. What are you planning on for trigger and glass?
  14. Decent read, I never knew these existed. https://medium.com/war-is-boring/the-miniguns-smaller-cousin-was-a-flop-ab8ec8396afa
  15. I would be interested in a 26" .260 remington barrel as well for the 308 platform. I know criterion offers a 24" 6.5 creedmore, but the 260 would be more in my favor because of brass and etc.
  16. Any updates on the 16" barrels w/ rifle gas? going to cross post on FB.
  17. badass.
  18. congratulations
  19. Goddess of country thick. Damn
  20. Here is a couple of pics after I stripped the paint off with paint stripper. I cannibalized that pistol build right before things got really stupid over the sigbrace (sold the brace for $100 a week before the ATF's bullsh!t reversal). She's gonna get paint soon, I think that jp handguard has cerakote on it( got in trade). I went full on retard with the paint stripper and nylon brush and there is still residue of the krylon in the crevices of the receivers, in my experience make up your mind before you paint cause there is no going back to original looks no matter hard and long you clean.
  21. No, foregrip installed thereafter. I made stencils out of blue painters tape and printer paper. I did use a stencil knife to cut. I was able to wrap the receiver extension/buffer tube with newspaper also the barrel. I dont have any pics of the ar pistol after the fresh paint. But after six months of bagging/unbagging, range use and hunting it had wear on the safety selector, charging handle, deflector, trigger guard, mag release, mag well and anywhere else your hands would lay.
  22. Started with a base color of khaki (about three coats and let dry for five days in the closet) and went from there. Used palmetto scrub fans, mesh bag and tiger stripe stencil that I found online. From what I can remember I sprayed light passes with OD green and brown first and then heavily with the brown through the palmetto fans I laid across. Then lightly dusted with the mesh bag on the darker colors with Khaki and etc.. Throughout all the steps/coats I let the paint dry for a good half hour. I went with the flow and tried not to let OCD take over. If you're not certain about whether you're going to keep the gun, don't paint just buy fde/etc furniture. I had fun spraying, it's cheap and like our boy BLUE says, " touches up in 30 seconds". I like when the paint wears, gives your carbine character...
  23. another for krylon.
  24. Sweet, I can't wait to see these in the wild.
