Yeah, it's unfortunate that the other guys insurance never factors in the "pain and suffering" or at least "pain in the ass" of having to deal with all that crap.

Whatever you do, let them pick the repairman. I opted to pick my own and that bit me. I thought my guy would do the best job for me. Any complaint I had about the repair was answered by "you picked the shop". They couldn't get my car straight. It took several attempts to get it to align.
