  1. Sounds like you have it figured out
  2. I think from what 98 pointed out, the buffer is your issue. It's too long and doesn't allow the carrier to move far enough to the rear. When it locks back, does it look like the picture Survival shop posted up? Check out this page and read a couple of the customer reviews. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/913498/dpms-buffer-dpms-lr-308-rifle
  3. Well damn...what the hell did you break!? :)
  4. I thought TM used a screw on their Bolt Catch...did that change? There was a thread talking about issues caused by over tightening it. Do you have the right spring installed with it? That one is easy to mix up some times.
  5. Rub it in....rub it in.
  6. It was a very detailed listing and an excellent example of what a "for sale" post should look like.
  7. Gnat, you'll be fine...until they get into your internet history.
  8. Man, it just sounds wrong when you say it like that.
  9. Gun Control It’s already started at Cabela's Sporting Goods. When I was ready to pay for my purchases of gunpowder and bullets, the cashier said, "Strip down, facing me." Making a mental note to complain to the NRA about the gun control wackos running amok, I did just as she had instructed. When the hysterical shrieking and alarms finally subsided, I found out that she was referring to how I should place my credit card in the card-reader. I’ve been asked to shop elsewhere in the future. They need to make their instructions to us a little clearer. I still don't think I looked that bad!!
  10. Lol. There's some quick thinking

    well....

Local shop here just bought a half million rounds of .22. They have no limit on the amount you can leave with. 500 round bricks. However....like $75 a brick....but it's in stock.
  12. Ok, so if it works out that way...maybe we traded five camels for a Yugo.
  13. Man that sucks. We feel for your pup, you and your wife. I hope they come up with the issue fast and that it's easily cleared up. Keep us posted. We will be hoping for the best.
  14. I was kinda hoping we sent the five home with rectums packed full of kaboom powder. Would have made for an explosive group hug upon return.
  15. Easy guys...he said it right the first time. One US soldier is worth at least Five of theirs, meaning each one of their soldiers has very little value. It takes a whole box of them to add up to one of ours...by their own admission. You couldn't just trade one...that wasn't a fair value to them. We basically traded five camels for a Ferrari.
  16. Atlas is good stuff, don't get us wrong...as well as Harris and many of the others. I also have a gg&g and it works great for me. We just like to give Ron a hard time. We like to believe that it was our constant hounding that "forced" him to buy his .338 MRAD....and he kindly lets us think that was the case. Our new mission is to con him into putting an $800 set of legs on her. They're going to go great with the Nightforce glass and the silencer he should have on order soon. The Elite Iron legs seem bad ass...just expensive, which is perfect for R2.
  17. Link the calguns thread. I went over with intentions of finding it....but I get sidetracked easily and two hours later I was still reading other threads.
  18. We are losing ground. Yes votes are climbing. It's 65-35
  19. D, all of the above. Ok, B first. And since you've already given in on the bipod....we will have to start looking for something new. Like a brand new Corvette to drive the MRAD to the range
  20. BTW pewpew...sorry for the thread jack. Technically R2D2 started it. Consider it an official welcome aboard. ...and the Atlas! Pppphhhh. That thing is like 1/4th the cost of legs you should own. If we all make it to your retirement, maybe you'll get the real deal.
  21. ....expensive....says the Armalite Pusher. I don't think that guy owns anything that falls in the "cheap" category...with the exception of those Bipods he runs. :)
  22. Welcome from, well....here in hell with you.
  23. Yeah they are...
  24. Better than a butter dick. If everything about her is good to go, butter dick...you better watch your ass!
  25. We have them on interstate 8, 5 north at camp Pendleton, 15 north between San Diego and Temecula. Both of those are way north of the border.
