    This is science?

Just hang the new Bipod upside down from the roll bar with some para cord. You did buy one already, right?
  2. Damn you...I'm gonna miss going. I didn't manage to sell enough candy bars to make the trip.
  3. Hey, he hooks it up at the range. That guy brings guns and ammo galore to share! But yeah...I could see one falling out of his or Tom's stack and them not noticing for a while... And yes I'm kidding...those boys tuck them all in and kiss em goodnight. There would be a town lockdown if one slipped away from their herd.
  4. I could see one slipping through the cracks when you take 20 of them like some folks do... Maybe it got mixed in with another members stack...
  5. Statement of the year.
  6. Drugs are bad, mmmkay.
  7. Man...I don't usually visit this section, but it seemed to be drawing me in for some odd reason. Like a magnet...
  8. Even the Clinton News Network has the right story. http://www.cnn.com/2014/04/29/justice/georgia-fedex/ "Authorities identified 19-year-old Geddy L. Kramer of Acworth as the shooter. His body was found near a shotgun, Pierce said. "That was the only weapon that he had at that time," Pierce said."
  9. I don't have personal experience with one, so I will state that right up front. What I can say, is I have never heard a bad word about them. Solid, beefy parts, and seem extremely well liked by those who do own one. On the plus side, you get to call it an AR-10 without harassment. Those guys will be around to help shortly. The Armalite pushers on this site tend to be heavy drinkers and like to sleep in. It's about 3PM back east right now, so old man Rsquared should be getting up soon.
  10. I will take my own advice and dig a little more. http://www.texastribune.org/2014/04/22/abbott-seeks-info-potential-seizure-texas-land/ It's still unclear what the hell they are after. It sounds like the greater chunk of the land must be parts not related to the river, but where? I still think there is nothing going to be done and the states will prevail on any action taken.
  11. Do you even look at the links you post? Nowhere in that video did he mention 90000 acres. All he did say is that they fired off a letter to inquire about what is going on. The reporter stated BLM denies it's even happening. The first major tip off I heard is there is a campaign going on, so he should definitely be out front on it. The numbers don't add up. That's a stop of land over a mile wide for 116 miles in length. I call BS on the numbers. There's one article floating around, and some campaigning Texas officials firing off letters. Where did it start? Was notice given to someone to move off land, a fence constructed? There seems to be no paper trail at all to this thing.
  12. I think he was blinded by the stench of sarcasm and never made it past the Armalite comment. Edit to add...for those not in the loop, I have no problem with Armalite and think they make a damn fine product. Don't want this to read like I don't care for them.
  13. Am I the only one concerned with the crop circles?
  14. http://www.bp.com/en/global/corporate/investors/results-and-reporting/glossary-of-terms.html Look under B for barrel and you will be shown that BP uses the same standard as the rest of the world. 42 gallons. I know, we are arguing the completely wrong topic right now and who cares...42 or 106 doesn't matter. What matters is that rather than do a little research, you will regurgitate whatever info you find that you think is correct. You have been accused of spreading misinformation and I don't doubt it. If you can muddy the waters about a FACT this clear, how polluted are the rest of your lines? Normally I wouldn't even care, but because you threw up a link in defense of your original statement that makes zero point, and again took a stab while doing it, I do care. I'm done with it.
  15. And your link refers to a gasoline spill, which would be why it is measured differently.

  17. It'd better be an Armalite. For that money, it can be nothing but the best... Surprisingly it lacks a sufficient bipod.
  18. No donuts?
  19. I don't think they're out to save a buck, just to make sure they have ammo next time we all go out and clear the shelves. Did any of the LE here experience any training differences during the last major shortage? Or was it still all you can eat?
  20. This better be really good. I'm thinking all the hype deserves at least one crash.
  21. If he's lucky enough to stop drop and roll by his own will, he'll be ok.
  22. 24hours? Arizona ain't that far ahead of us.... I am a little worried we haven't seen anything let. I wonder if he will get to keep the cameras or if those are evidence for the rest of time?
  23. I am willing to bet they had as much issue with the shortage as we did. This is only a guess, I will admit up front I have no facts to base it on, but in my opinion this is the solution to that problem. Get a contract and have your ammo locked up for the short term. I would also wager that even though it's a five year contract, that this is more like 7-8 years worth providing for a buffer while you work out the next contract. If I had deep pockets this is what I would do to ensure I always had ammo available. Again, just an opinion.
  24. Wait a minute, I'm closer to Ensenada than I am Phoenix....
