It’s a little rough. Could use to be cut back a year again. Hair too. I’ve trimmed the beard since, but haven’t had a hair cut in a year and a half. Shaved it down to a #3 in June of 20. I remember because I shaved it to keep the little one from pulling hair when he was a month old. Time flies.

We’ll try not to. I was considering a late night run last night just to be there when folks woke up this morning, but there was still too much to do.

You’ll want a couple of those smaller tanks, or one big one to recharge the smaller one with. Then you only have to sit through that 30 minutes every so often and can refill the little tank a good handful of times.

Be sure to read the details on the pump. You have to be there baby sitting it. Don’t use in high humidity. 30 minute fill on a 6.8L tank. If you get one and find it working out well, be sure to post back.

Compressors are good, but worth buying a higher end one that will get the job done faster and hit the higher PSI. My dad had a guy down the street who shoots one competitively and refills his tanks for him. We have the benefit of having a few scuba shops around, but some of the places aren’t willing to take the tanks all the way up. You can get thousands deep into these things in a hurry.

Chicken in general should be cheap. All the PETA folks pushed for cage free birds. Chicken ranchers took the new rule book and redesigned their hen houses. With vertical stacking, you can now fit 10 times the birds in the same building.

I love dark matter. You can’t see it. You can’t touch it. You can’t measure it because it passes through everything (though they do spend a lot of money trying). Mathematically it has to be there in order for many other equations to exist. Dark matter. The God of science.

No joke. Here’s what’s come in since I posted. It’s about this rate or higher all day and has been for the last few weeks. Was almost this bad around the 2020 election.

I don’t give out my email many places, and I don’t sign up for many things that require it. If I ever figure out which online gun part retailer sold my email to these damn political harassers, I’ll make it my mission to get every second of my time back I’ve been deleting and blocking this political spam. Anyone else getting 50 emails a day for 900% match, or directly from Marco Rubio and such? just more reason to buy local and in person.

After watching this show for a handful of years, I’m gonna throw $20 down on the “it’s all in the recoil system” pile and I’ll cover my ass with $10 on the gas port size….but I’m doubting that will be it. It’s almost a sure bet it’s one of the two or a combo and it’ll be functioning fine in no time.

I’m trying to absorb what I can. Electricity is an amazing thing and I wish I understood it better. Entertaining as hell to watch. Loving the progression of your project.

Welcome from San Diego. Keep thick skin as the questions fly…and they’ll share the same tidbits that seem to make every gun run. If it works out to be something out of the norm (and those odds are small) and you can keep from feeling like you’re being attacked (which you are not, some folks are just very straight to the point) they’ll keep at it until it functions.
