Facts: There are 30,000 gun related deaths per year by firearms. That is not disputed. What is never shown though is a breakdown of those deaths that would put them in perspective nor are they compared to other causes of death. 65% of those deaths are by suicide which would never be prevented by gun laws 15% are by law enforcement in the line of duty and justified 17% are through criminal activity, gang and drug related or mentally ill persons 3% are accidental discharge deaths. So technically, gun violence is not 30,000 annually but drops to 5100. Still too large? Well, first, how are those deaths spanned across the nation? 480 homicides (9.4%) were in Chicago 344 homicides (6.7%) were in Baltimore 333 homicides (6.5%) were in Detroit 119 homicides (2.3%) were in Washington DC (a 54% increase over prior years) So basically, 25% of all gun crime happens in just 4 cities. All 4 of those cities have strict gun laws so it is not the lack of law that is the root cause. This basically leaves 3825 for the entire rest of the nation or about 75 per state. That is an average because some States have much higher rates than others. For example, California had 1169. Alabama had 1. Now, who has the strictest gun laws by far? California of course but understand, it is not the tool (guns) driving this. It is a crime rate spawned by the number of criminal persons residing in those cities and states. Now that you see not all cities and states are created equal and that there must be something other than the tool causing the gun deaths, how about in comparison to other deaths? Are 5,100 deaths per year horrific? All death is sad and especially so when it is in the commission of a crime but that is the nature of crime. Robbery, death, rape, assault; all are done by criminals to victims and thinking that criminals will obey laws is ludicrous. That’s why they are criminals. But what of other deaths? 36,000 people die per year from the flu, far exceeding the criminal gun deaths 34,000 people die per year in traffic fatalities (exceeding gun deaths even if you include suicide) Now it gets good: 200,000+ people die each year (and growing) from preventable medical malpractice You are safer in Chicago than you are in a hospital! 710,000 people die per year from heart disease time to stop the cheeseburgers So what is the point? If Obama and the anti-gun movement focuses their attention on heart disease, a decrease in even 10% would save twice the lives annually of all gun related deaths (including suicide, law enforcement, etc.). A 10% reduction in malpractice would be 66% of the total gun deaths or 4 times the number of criminal homicides. Simple, preventable, 10% reductions. So you have to ask yourself, in the grand scheme of things, why the focus on guns? It’s pretty simple. Taking away guns gives control to governments. This is not conspiracy theory; this is historical fact. Why is it impossible for the government to spill over into dictatorship? Why did the Japanese not even attempt to attack California in WWII? Because as they put it, there is a gun behind every blade of grass. The founders of this nation knew that regardless of the form of government, those in power may become corrupt and seek to rule as the British did. They too tried to disarm the populace of the colonies because it is not difficult to understand; a disarmed populace is a controlled populace. Thus, the second amendment was proudly and boldly included in the constitution. It must be preserved at all costs. So the next time someone tries to tell you that gun control is about saving lives, look at these facts and remember these words from Noah Webster Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States. A military force, at the command of Congress can execute no laws, but such as the people perceive to be just and constitutional; for they will possess the power.

In Chaos Theory, the "butterfly effect” is the name given to the sensitive connection between initial conditions in which an insignificant event in one state in non-linear systems, can result in sometimes catastrophic events in the universal state. Show original message In other words, although unlikely, it is possible for a butterfly flapping its wings in Texas to cause a typhoon in the Japanese Sea. Case in point, in mid-20th Century America, a loose18-year-old hippie female in a Honolulu college had sex with an older, alcoholic Kenyan man on a student visa, who had a wife and child back in Africa. And this less than significant event started the collapse and dissolution of the United States of America.

Upper vice Block for an AR 308 & Head Space Gages are some things to have in your tool box . Your Hand Guard may have come with a Nut Wrench, depends , could need just a DPMS LR 308 Nut wrench , hard to say , you could always email or call Troy or even check their Web sight for the info .

Alligators in Florida are still protected , they have a few days to hunt them for some control , but they are every where . When I first moved into this house we had several in the retention Ponds ( big man made lakes to control water run off ) I had an 7-8' & some smaller ones & even some baby's , but some fool from out of town ( Shitgogo ) got spooked because it was sun bathing in the back yard where he was staying & the dumb a$$ tried to chase it away with a 2x4 & & it chased him back into the house & its all that was needed for them to come out & kill it . I worked with a guy that worked for the State to rescue & or remove them & helped him sometimes when he was busy , they are Dinosaur's , plain & simple . Their is not a water source that can no be a habitat for them , They just pulled a six footer from the beach here last week , so Sharks are not the only ones in the sea water . I have a mount from an old ten footer that we took out less then a mile from where I live ,I will take a photo & post . Also we have a wide verity of poisonous snakes here , every where , I kill several yearly out back . We even have snakes that are not poisonous , but will crush you into a lunch bag for consumption . Disney will settle this out of court & you will never hear about it . The Parents are not completely out of the woods , I don't believe they will be charged , but from what I last heard they were a good distance from the toddler when it happened , I certainly hope not !

It would take a whole lot of people to suck it up & BS the public , hard to believe every body would be on board , this quick .
-
Always remember we are all here to help & good videos are always a plus
-
They found the child , intact , they believe he drowned . Gators & Crock's do that , to soften their meal up . And another thing , we have Sharks around also every where .
-
First my deepest heart felt sympathy for the Family of the Child that was allegedly taken buy a Alligator . I hope it happened they way the parents said so .Too many conflicting statements . Now for every one who comes to Florida , Alligators are freaking every where here & I don't care where you come from ,you need to know that.

We will never know !

Gas Block may have been not centered over the Gas Port correctly , but I'm not very confident with your Gun Smith . Carbine Gas system has a lot of Gas signature pressure , so it may work that way , but again , we have no idea what it was before or really what he did . Please keep us informed .

Seems if you buy rifle ammo , more then ten box's , your data will be kept for the Government , if they request it . Wonder how much truth there is to this ? I don't like this store anyway, so no big deal to me . http://www.infowars.com/report-academy-sports-creating-database-for-ammo-purchases-pulls-rifles-from-shelves/
