I've always kept my PayPal balance at zero and transferred funds through PayPal via the card I have linked to the account. I've never seen any reason to keep funds in my PayPal account.

I ordered mine from TacCon on the first day, Dec. 1, 2013 and haven't heard a word from them since. They initially wrote that I'd receive my trigger the end of 2013-beginning of 2014. Well, I guess it's still technically the beginning of 2014.
