Fair enough. I'll rephrase to say the crosshairs of that scope are almost a perfect cowitness with the irons. My matrix 308 with the 1-6x is also a perfect cowitness with the irons. The doughnut reticle sits right inside the PRI hooded sight. Allows for a consistent cheek weld with or without optic installed.

Perhaps you didn't notice the continuous top rail adding height the entire length of the rifle....no neck bending necessary. Scope height is flawless and narural.

Bang! I like em low as possible while keeping a natural and repeatable cheek placement.

Brought a buddy out mt biking on one of my favorite trails. Thought he was lagging behind so I pulled of to wait...and wait...and wait. Finally got nervous and started hiking back up. Found him sitting on a rock contemplating his life choices. He went down on a steep drop and barrel rolled through a cholla patch. They were in his neck...his armpits....between his fingers...it was like a Taliban torture session. Almost passed out while I was plucking him. The real bonus was finally getting back to the trailhead and seeing our cars had been broken into. His window was busted. He never rode with me again lol.

The buck hoodlum has always interested me. Seen some torture tests where it broke before some of the other knives in its class, but the blade looks awesome and I wouldn't ever stress it like they do in those tests.
