Stock Armalite buffer, H3 was longer and heavier,as was the extention tube and spring than what Aero had.Was not an expensive retrofit.

I changed the recoil system to Armalite : extention tube,spring and buffer in my M5.Have the same upper except for Aero barrel 16".Runs good now.Just my 2 mags.

I picked up their lower complete for $275.00 on sale.Got the 16" upper in FDE ,added the Nickel boron BCG,TacOps CH,BAD selector,and Rodgers super stock,Has Aero trigger that will get changed to a LaRue MBT.Had trouble on the onset with not going into battery.Coating on the BCG had it tight,the some FTF and FTE.Changed the extention tube,buffer spring [both being longer] and buffer which was longer and heavier to Armalite parts.Stock trigger was tight had to push it forward for reset but that went away after a few box's.Ran everything I had 147's 150's,168's.After it ran for function I had the barrel cut down and added a Battel comp and had it welded for 16.1 overall lenght.It also has an EoTech set for .308.For the money I'm real happy with it.

Been driving for a long,long time.Quality of drivers in general for the most part is $hit.Now with phones as a distraction is worst.Pic above is common in the city with all the viducts.I have seen more European [eastern european] drivers that I have no idea how they got to thier destination.Can't fukin communicate can't drive WTF.Here you got doubels and triples that roll down the road like a snake.This last sleet storm I have a car to my left and the trator trailor on my right.He hits the sleet and it's frozen brown $hit covers the entire windshield.Wipers maxed out.Blind all I could do was hang on and get ahead of this guy.Luckily I wasn't in a turn.Happened 3 times till I finally made it home.One of the things I won't miss about the job is the drive.1 more winter after this,God help me.

Just looked at White Oak Armament in thier FAQ.They recommend anti-seize for barrel extention.

The ejector on my Rock River S.O. is very stiff.It also has no issues.
