  1. One for the ladies: I can't believe you looked! You dang meat gazer! <laughs>
  2. :hethan:
  3. Yup, prepare to thin out your wallet novamark! Welcome!
  4. Welcome from AZ Jose!
  5. Good to know! Sounds like $3/round Micro.
  6. I like their birdshot stuff. Just the rollcrimp on the buckshot.
  7. :ugone2far: 2 3/4" 00 buckshot loads. A little different than the Winchester, Remington, or Federal I've used for their buckshot rounds, these have the roll crimp (instead of the star) with a little piece of clear plastic…so you can see the shot. With the roll crimp, the cartridge OAL comes out as almost the same pre-fired length of the 3" loads. Can only get six rounds into the 930's magazine. It is dirty. Spreads out a LOT more than some other brands out of the 930 too. Going to shoot these up (along with the Rio slugs…same issue). Maybe some pics later.
  8. It's definately less expensive than any other brand. Some have said it is dirty. Report in a few hours.
  9. /\/\/\/\/\/\ Yup. Made some .357 loads that had a fairly high and dramatic squib rate…they would spark and fizzle, lots of smoke. Used them for students, telling them "If you notice anything unusual, stop shooting and let me know."
  10. Another AZ welcome TBC!
  11. Anyone tried these rounds yet? Going to try some tomorrow and see how they fare.
  12. wwl, that looks to be in beautiful condition! Seriously…just looked at a few of those yesterday, bluing worn off mostly, crappy stocks, and they wanted between $300 and $400. You got a GREAT deal!
  13. Cool, Rene! I'll pass that along. Bet his business is doing well there in NJ.
  14. Yup…came to that conclusion already. Maybe a nice Garand and a copy of Gran Torino. Dude has quite a bit of ammo plus the rifle.
  15. The Sheriff's Dept motorcops here have rifle racks on the bikes for their M4s. I always only see them in traffic and haven't had a chance to ask what the setup is. They are butt up/muzzle down.
  16. It didn't spark. I quit using Winchester primers after getting several like that in .357 loads. CCIs have always gone off.
  17. My student who had the plague of the issue-laden Hogan is finding himself soon to be divorced and is moving to New Jersey. ACR is verbotten. Any ideas what he could trade for that is legal in NJ? He may just put it up for sale too.
  18. Good morning indeed!
  19. Siamese twin unicorns. Out your peehole.
  20. Sweet! Have 15 of the RRA polymer mags, 2 of the inch pattern, and 15 of the metal S. Korean FAL mags. These moses mags look stout. Any experience with them toddchat? And welcome from AZ!
  21. Redeemed!
  22. They were only, now their new one is all USA made. http://www.centuryarms.biz/proddetail.asp?prod=RI1622%2DN
  23. Plenty of American made AKs now, the Century Arms version MSRP is $700 or so.
  24. Sweet! The Flaming Wallet Fairy of 308AR strikes again! <laughs> At least we understand here.
  25. With that sticky frog tongue, it'd be the classic "Cat stuck to a plastic bag" sprint session.
